Good day po sir! Out of topic po pero ask ko lang sir, ano po opinion niyo regarding Health Insurance na acquired dito sa Pilipinas? Worth it pa po ba icontinue since may Government Health Insurance naman dyan po sa Australia and I'm not sure may mandated din na private Insurance. Hoping for your input in this matter sir. Thank you po!
Hi Lex, you need the mandatory private health insurance if you’re student or under working visa. You still need to pay public hospitals as far as I know in case you need to be admitted hence required by law tlaga to have private hmo pag student and working visa. That will change if you’re a Permanent resident/ Citizen, you may opt to remove the private hmo na since you have access to Medicare(govt) and hospitals are free even ER but at tax time you still need to pay some small amout if wala kana private hmo to keep medicare afloat parin naman. I suggest kung kaya. Even PR and citizen to still continue private + medicare so you have options but again depende sa budget. My personal opinion, wag mag tipid in terms of health. Kaya tyo nagsusumikap para din jan ☺️ Ingat lagi! God Bless
