That's a great little CNC router there--did you make it? I see you're running Mach 3. I've got a license for that, and also Solidworks. I used to have a Shapeoko 3, but it was a little small so I sold it. Might be nice to build something a little larger though--and I'd also like to have a CNC plasma table, maybe 3x3' or 4x4' at the most. But that would be the cat's meow for cutting out still like gear and strut fittings, as well as elevator and rudder horns. Stuff like that. Loving your videos!
What programs do you use to get the G-Code and to enter the pictures to develop the G-Code. Did you build and design the cutter or did you purchase the mill? The process of going from bare metal to cut out ribs is very interesting and I'd like to learn more about it. Thanks
I use Fusion 360 it has a free version and is available from Autodesk. You can model parts and output G-code from it. As far as learning UA-cam is your friend there are lots of videos on Fusion 360.

Are you using 2024T4 or 2024-O and then heat treating?
