As of yesterday you need a firearms safety class including live fire to buy any semi auto. I was looking at a new Benelli waterfowl gun I guess I can't buy that now. The firearm safety certification can only be done by Washington State approved businesses plus you have to renew it every 5 years. I took a firearm safety class already to be able to hunt when I was 12. Go figure I need safety class now after 45 years of knowledge
