maam i feel restless,sometimes violent thoughts of hurting myself ,lot of irritation and frustation.i m trying meditation reading self help books and everything but after sometimes i get back to old track. my thoughts are fluctuating, im a student and my concentration is poor how can i work on it

I'm a more calm and clear person now Thank you for asking I just realised how much I have changed in these 2 years.
