I would love a deep explanation on this topic esp from a medical provider. They rave about how much safer the uv light is due to its low level of emission. But most of the "Safety" is advertised for the Lash Tech themself?? What about the client? Maybe the first session goes well but what about exposure over time??? The skin of your eyelids is much more different than your arms of legs!
