- It’s been a tumultuous decade for the human experience since Globus’ last release in 2011, “Break From This World”. Chronicling our modern times on 17 soaring and epic tracks, the new studio album “Cinematica” takes the listener on a visual journey with song topics touching on complex relationships, mental health, tyranny, war, unifying struggles, healing and hope. Best described as Cinematic Rock, Globus combines the massive beauty of the orchestra with the raw power of rock to deliver a “bigger-than-life” experience. “Cinematica” was conceived and produced by founding member Yoav Goren and features returning vocalists Anneke Van Giersbergen, Lisbeth Scott, Ryan Hanifl and Dann Pursey.

oh my God... I had no idea you guys were making music again. I listened to Epicon and Break from This World religiously as a teenager, I loved "Orchard of Mines", "Mighty Rivers Run", and "Doomsday" and in fact the song "Europa" gave me a passion for learning about history, and I graduated with a bachelors degree in history. You have no idea how happy I am to see this.

I'll be honest and say I was not expecting a new album from Globus at all.
To say I'm surprised is an understatement. Globus is awesome.
I've been a fan since I was 14 or 15. I turned 30 on the day this album dropped! Thank you Globus! 'Take me away' remains one of my go to tracks to kick up my creativity, or to just contentedly drift too, to this day!
What a stunning take on the world affairs, if you can't find a song that touches you from this Album you live under a rock.
Its always a pleasure to listen any album from Globus. This one is magnificent! such an experience!

I listened to this band ever since I was a kid... it's insane that after so many years they are actually still around.
Every now and then I check upon Globus, and my heart warms every time I see them still making music, their music is above this world!
Es ist so schön nach all den Jahren etwas neues von Globus zu hören. Ich habe so gute Erinnerungen mit meinen Bruder die ersten zwei Alben zu hören.

The song I’m Afraid of Americans puts the image in my head of what the enemies of the US like Russia, China, North Korea and Iran see within the country right now and yes relations with these countries are seriously strained and downright hostile right now.
