This was a great way to learn braille. Excellent! Thank you for taking the time to make this for us to utilize.
Very awesome video. I taught myself grade one or uncontracted braille a while ago but have been having issues with contracted braille. the video helped a lot. and is good cause I can pull it up wherever I am.
How to memorize 50 of the 64 characters: Introduction to contractions
Numbers, capital, and italics: review of grade #1
Punctuation marks: What was not explained enough from grade 1.
Words represented by letters: What y talk about at school
Multi cell contractions: what you forget
Rules for writing: clickbait, but at least true
How to read: reminder of what you forget
Thank you for this excellent series of videos. They have really helped me out. Thanks, also, for the great links.
The online Braille Library link is not working, is this maybe because I am in the UK? I would very much appreciate being able to follow up on what you have taught in these lessons and try to read a childrens book.
I've been through Texas School for the Blind and tried their suggestions for searching their catalog, but still can't download any passages in Braille. Has anyone succeeded?
You’re amazing !!!!
I got stuck at the word after “for” Morse code?
Edit: I figured it out
These videos are great- I really wish you would update them for the new rules though! PLEASE! It would be SO helpful!!!
This has been very useful! Only one question, is this original contracted braille or unified english braille? Thank you!
This is amazing. Greatly appreciated! I can now read most of braille.
Could you please do a video on Nemeth?
Your way of teaching just is amazing.
These videos were really useful. I've been watching them for weeks because I'm having my first tattoo and I would like it to be in Braille, yet I'm so worried translating the words myself. And I don't know if the online convertors can work. Can you help me with that please? They're only 3 words with commas. Thanks in advance
Thank you so much for this set of videos, they are wonderful!
Could you update the first link please with the Braille Online Library? It's broken nowadays.
How would you do "I am enough" ? I understand the "enough" part but not "I am"
Made By Devrie I wish I was enough 🥺😂
