I’m only a few minutes in, but I would’ve sacrificed four hours right off the jump and got four of the guys working on the hardest components immediately
That was exactly my thought, get a guy on the tire, and 3 with me on suspension in teams of 2. Then redistribute them as jobs are done, one hit of time up front and just focus on the goal after that
It's just math. 5 guys with 8 hours each vs 1 guy with 12 hours. no brainer fr
seriously, i misunderstood at first, thinking you get a guy for only one hour...but if you get a guy for the whole ten hours, for the cost of only losing one hour? I'd tag them ALL in right from the start!

I've dreamt of owning an FJ for as long as I could remember. Seeing Danny win this FJ through his hard work was so enjoyable! I hope he gets to run that thing until he passes it to his kids. What an awesome episode!

I did the suspension on my FJ Cruiser last month. Took 4 hours, I'm no mechanic. Watching a hammer hit those rear shocks made me die a little. As did seeing the swaybar getting cut, when it's so easy to remove. Cool to see FJ content though.

The best strat is definitely to tag everyone in right from the start. Five hours off, but now you have the efforts of 5 people for 7 hours. That's like 35 hours of effort vs doing it all yourself in 12 hours!

You don t need a spring compressor on that front. Just loosen the lower arm cam bolt and let it droop down with the top hat unbolted then reverse to install
Pro tip. Hire them all from the beginning. Knocks 5 hours off but everything gets done quick

I used to think that removing the rear swaybar was the best bet, but after watching a video by Tinkerers Adventure, I realize that ditching the front is the way to go. This kid made a good decision there!
