Big Woods Shed Hunting 2024: Big Ohio Shed

In todays video I recap what sheds we've found this past month in the Big Woods of Southern Ohio. Found one in early February then Lincoln and I go on a day long shed hunt and pick up a few more. The biggest find was from a 3 year old buck that we were looking for all day. Hope you enjoy!

Easy winter and warmer weather have them holding. 9 bucks on my cameras, I only have 2 halves and 1 full shed. This cold front (March 10th) should have them dropping in the beds by shaking off to get dry. Most sheds on food are from sparring or pawing at one another.

We’ve had a couple really good long rains here recently and I’ve had a few decent bucks drop the last 2 weeks so I was just hoping/thinking they could be in beds. Which they still could but not the beds I’ve checked yet. I still got some nicer deer holding.

Yeah these ticks are honestly worse than ever this year. Every time I'm out this year I'm flicking like 10 off of me every couple of minutes.

Yea it really is insane how bad they are anymore. They are really bad even in areas growing up I’d run around all spring and summer in shorts and never see a one
