Abstract: Physical tests performed in Gleeble machines provide powerful insight into specific conditions of materials and processes. Data obtained in such tests can be augmented by leveraging finite-element models to understand further the implications of the thermomechanical process. The true end goal of both physical and numerical representations is to design better products and robust manufacturing processes. In this webinar we will show how to make this multi-scale connection between the various stages and drawing important conclusions from the augmentation process.
