6:29 What’s funny is I was thinking the opposite. As a low Elo player I feel like most games the adc/jun/sup just sit at red/blue while the top chills under their turret and mid watches bot side river entrance. Maybe it’s just because we’re to bad to know better but I also feel like in low elo 5 man invades are more common so there’s a tendency to sit further back for safety.
I was gonna say the same thing. It feels incredibly rare to see just 1-2 players move past river in low elo. It's either 5 or none. On the other hand, it's also incredibly rare for junglers to not start bot side in low elo, so you can usually either ward/steal their top buff with no problems, or know that a bot side invade will run into them.
yeah it happens like that. but it's worse than being spread
Sitting further back for safety is the least safe thing you can do since it opens your jungler/mid to getting ganked from an unexpected angle.
You yourself will not die but its much more likely that your jungler will be screwed by an invade, it will frequently lead to him being invaded even harder since he's several camps and a kill behind the other jungler, and you'll lose a lot more in the long run as every lane will get ganked more frequently while your jungler is weak and struggling to catch up.
Sitting on turret is basically identical to what polypuff classifies as "going afk". You have no map impact and are not securing critical information and will be completely unable to affect any level 1 skirmish.
As a jungle player who uses cheese strats quite regularly its interesting to see the thought process behind a different role thinking cheese strats.

no it won't, silver's lose games due to issues in the mid/late game, not the early. teams that go 20/40 can still win in silver because they always leave late game to coinflips. work on your late game macro and you will literally go to emerald with that alone.

I've got some other crazy cheeses as well, if you rush enemy tri (from red side) and pop a ward you can abuse lazy players by going 1 bush farther and cheesing them from krug bush as they walk to lane
One of my favourite cheeses with my duo q partner (blue side) was me going Leona or Blitz, and getting my ADC to camp the red side tribush, and wait for the enemy leashers to come towards us. We'd start attacking them and only CC them until they got vision on us. One time they flashed over to the turret wall only for me to blitz hook them back over the wall. One of my proudest blitz hooks lmao

Ivern can steal buffs instantly and get away with his passive, smite and Q.
Iverns passive makes him channel for a couple seconds on a camp instead of fighting it, and once the channel is done his smite instantly kills the monster from full health. His Q can hit monsters, and yank Ivern on top of them through walls.
Step 1: walk behind the enemy buff mobs wall before it dies
Step 2: Q through the wall onto the camp before it dies
Step 3: harvest and then smite the buff monster
Step 4: leave, flash over the wall if needed. From blue buff pit, ivern Q can hit wolves and yank you over 2 walls which confuses enemy players enough you can usually escape easy.
Whole process takes ~6 seconds, most junglers can't do anything to stop you and players leashing seem to panic in my experience thinking your whole team is invading before they try attacking you.

These are actually good, cluld you make an updated version with map changes?
if I'm adc or support and I start red side, I get my laner to come with me at the start of the game and ward tri bush- you will often catch enemies standing in there when you drop the ward, but they are never expecting the maneuver and are rarely prepared to engage. It works well if I'm playing something like Tristana and can just level up W and jump away if anything bad happens. But a lot of the time you will get the ward in tri bush, and can give a short leash (or none if your jungler is starting top side) then set up to catch the enemy bot lane off guard as they are coming to wave, resulting in first blood.
One of the first times I played jungle, I was finishing the first buff and the enemy blitz support came and yoinked it over the wall 3 times. I don’t play jungle anymore
as a nunu onetrick my favorite cheese is a late invade with q start.
if you manage to ward the enemy buff b4 it spawns its even better, but even without warding you can stand in a river bush and start walking towards the buff 3~5 seconds after it spawns.
In 90% of the cases you will walk up to the buff, q+smite it at 1k hp and then kill the enemy jungle in a 3v3.
Sometimes you will even be able to kill all 3 of them for an early ff.
The best ability to unlock next is e, because it allows you to get a kill even if they flash away in most cases.
(this strategy has been confirmed to work in diamond 90% of the time, yes that is how i got diamond lol)
Some risky scenarios are:
1) enemy has a graves and you didn't manage to ward the buff (graves does the buff so fast it's hard to time without a ward)
2) enemy has something like a zyra or leona support (zyra just does too much damage and you might die even if you steal the buff)
3) the bush in the river you were standing on was warded, and the enemy bot was waiting for you without starting the buff
You can avoid vision if you screener to either red side bush behind baron, then decide if you kill the top laner that are helping leash or the jungler. If enemy starts blue, harass top for some gold on support item.
I get spam pinged a lot doing this, but its fun
i usually follow strat #3 afk and it worked pretty well
My personal favourite cheese strat is to, as Blitzcrank, invade while the enemy team is taking their buff camp, and once it's about 750 health, I yoink it. I don't have enough damage to take it, so it just runs out of patience and resets.
It works even better than stealing, since people are still wanting to take their blue. I just forced them to take it twice, and the 2nd time, they don't get a leash. This slows down the first clear ALOT.
Just be careful when doing this, because the Jungler will camp bot the entire game and hard target you for being a toxic piece of shit.

Hey poly! Probably won't see this but just wondering where you'll be streaming once twitch Korea goes down, if at all. Not able to catch the streams often but I was just wondering :)
i had a twitch support phase,
where i would wait until 1:40 or whatever,
then stealth to the enemy blue buff and lasthit the buff,
it was surprisingly effective.
but sometimes the botlane opponents would ruin it by walking from enemy blue into river,
thus hindering the entrance.
i have done the flash over the wall to enemy blue buff like you - not with a bard portal though!
i also tried the hide behind wall and ward midlane like you.
i thought about flashing over the drake pit,
but i never liked the possibility of there being someone in the red buff bush...
i just used to do the good old walking through botlane hugging the wall into tribush.
buuut i stopped doing invades altogether,
i just get disappointed by how many people either afk or IGNORES YOUR EFFORTS TO INVADE - i cant be bothered to endure the letdowns.
6:30 idk man, i just wanted to say the exact opposite thing at the beginning of the video. Thats why i think low elo games are often unplayable. You just never know what the enemy team will do, cus they dont know the game (neither your teammates...). That's exactly why im sad since a long time

Number 1 is why I always put a ward there 😂 or if I’m in mid I’ll put it at the other end of the same bush to see that river entrance. Number 2 insert Mexican man laughing 😂 ☠️.

the buff steal was really great cheese before s13, nowadays junglers will smite their 1st camp because of the tradeoff between level 2 and losing 1/4 of your hp for not smiting it lol

„If neither team invades the players will stand in these spots“. At diamond 1 and higher maybe. In diamond 2 you still gotta spamping everyone to please not stand afk under tower. And even those that don’t you still have to remind that maybe 3 guys standing in the same bush and spamming the dance emote is a suboptimal cover strategy.

Solo invade enemy jungler then kill them at next camp is evil, all thanks to brainrot riot removing heals from smite it actually made most people quit Jungler. Adding to that, it also works for strong lvl 2 jungle to invade enemy jungler after first buff.
if I learned one thing over the years is that these early cheese kills don't guarantee a win at all
