I would suggest you to watch their live performance during the Asian Artist Awards 2023 (AAA 2023). What you see is what you get with SB19. They are the true supremacy. They just proved that they are live vocal monsters with their performance at the "The First Take" in Japan where they literally performed in one take.

It's different with SB19, they are well-trained to sing well while dancing, if you watch more of them, all their live performances, you can see what everyone is talking about. All the reactors even those that went to their concerts just to prove how great live performers they are,. they are shocked that it sounded the same or much better than the mtv, which is why they are winning many international awards, both Asian and global.... By the way, recently they performed twice at the popular The First Take in Japan. It's very live and raw as we all know. We understand you, everyone doubted them at first, but it is what it is...they are not just talented but perfectionist people.... SB19 owns their company, and they are self-managed, which proves how they are so dedicated and hungry as artists, not just popular as a group but each one has their own career,---rappers, dancers, celebrities, endorsers, ambassadors, producers, songwriters, creative directors, THE VOICE coach, etc... sorry I am being an ATIN here haha, I know I can't mention here everything about them... Watch their AAA performance, they sing with backing tracks but you can definitely hear their voices so loud. It's an awarding for ASIAN ARTISTS. And their LIHAM live at Rappler studio, with backing tracks too, just so for you to determine if They really can sing or not. You can hear both the backings and their voices.

You should watch their AAA performance. they sing 100% live. I think it's because they are really stable that you might think it's actually the same as in the record. but you can actually here their breathing while singing. especially with lines that are quite intense.
There was in fact one performance of SB19 where they were singing live and dancing and then the music cut off and the group continued singing and dancing and they really sounded like when the music was playing. It is indeed hard to believe that a group sounds as good as or even better live than the recorded version but with SB19 that’s really how it is. Es ist einfach so. Dass sie wahnsinnig dafür vorbereiten ist gegeben.

With live dancing, there is usually a backing track (with vocals) to help the performers. But SB19 does this minimally if at all. The backing track is turned way down. Other groups can turn it way up while singing live minimally. 🤷🏻♀️

I understand where you're coming from, you'll notice Pablo ran out of breath when he jumped while singing which proves they are singing live.
It is common for kpop to have really loud backtrack vocals, but you'll notice the difference with SB19 performances. Plus, the recorded version of Mana, their voices sound more distorted and processed, here it's more clear.

Doubter?? Hahaha, they trained for years and honed their craft to be able to sing and dance at the same time. It's really different pag hindi singer or vocal coach ang reactor, they can't tell if the singing is live or not. Yung mga vocal coaches nasasabi nila kung live o hindi ang singing ng performer.

SB19 is mind blowing good that most doubt it’s live with little or no backtrack at all. They are the only one that can sing live better than the track and add the hard choreo. You have to see it live to believe it if you are a doubter. Chek their AAA live performance and The first Take where raw vocals are a must and only 1 take where they performed a very stripped down Gento & Mapa to show you what they can do. In the Philippines it’s a sin to lip sync and use autotune coz most people there can sing!
They have trained for years to be able to dance and sing at the same time and let that not reflect on their performance, I'm sure you can find more of their lie performances and you can prove it to yourself, we don't need to explain anything
