Atm I thiiiiiink no one knows who stole it but I believe the iceburg was referring to that instead of the episode

Nicktoons Unite is a game about a group of four nickelodean heroes coming together to stop a conglomerate of super villains (collectively known as "The Syndicate") from destroying a world and taking over their respective universes via a doomsday machine being powered by energy of different kinds. It's got way more to do than just Plankton taking over Bikini Bottom.
I think Curious Buddies should be at the bottom layer of the iceberg mainly because this show is Nickelodeon’s rarest show on Nick Jr.
