I can't believe it's even physically possible to do that. Standing upright, no shoulder stock, nothing... How can anyone even hold their outstretched arms that still. Brain surgeons must envy Mr. Miculek for his motor skills.
+Military Arms Channel lol i hit 600m with a P1 when i entered the german Army. This is average stuff. But the msot funny thing is. Of you wear an good Quality Leather jacket.. you will feel the impact but it wont hurt you at all. Spo this is the fact why piszols are called Close combat weapons. At this range you can hit someone if you are skilled but he laughes if you do not hit an eye ...
Wow, the BS is getting so deep in this thread that I'm starting to think that I need to get my hip waders out! +TTHE INFIDEL (THE INFIDEL) -- "...without specially tailored equipment that is so precision and so out-ragiously (sic) expensive it actually falls under a totally different category." -- Seriously? It's a "specially tailored precision equipment"? It's an over the counter M&P C.O.R.E. 9mm with a trigger job and a red dot. It's not even setup for precision shooting. It's designed for USPSA action shooting matches where the pistol shots rarely exceed 25 yards, and, as far as competition pistols go, it's actually at the low end of the price range. You can pick one up for less than $650, and even after you pay for the optic, the trigger job (which isn't really even necessary on S&W's Performance Center guns) & the Magna-porting you're still under $1,500, hardly a gun that's is so "outrageously expensive" that it "falls under a totally different category." I have one that's almost identical to it except that mine came from the factory as a .40 S&W, has a Burris Fastfire 3 RDS rather than Jerry's Vortex and has no Magna-porting...yet. (I got a .40 S&W rather than a 9mm because you can convert a .40 into a 9mm by simply swapping out the barrel & using 9mm specific magazines. I also got a .357 Sig barrel for it so that I can shoot it with 9mm, .357 Sig or a .40 S&W ammunition in order to fill whatever roll I need it to fill at the time.) +MrZevv -- A 9mm handgun bullet is potentially lethal at ranges of well beyond 400 meters! A "good quality leather jacket" isn't going to stop it. BTW, if you guys expect anyone to buy all these claims that you can do this easy or that it's just an average shot for you, PUT IT ON VIDEO! Until you do all your claims are just more BS on the pile!!!
+TTHE INFIDEL (THE INFIDEL) -- I don't know. Maybe I missed a part of the video, or perhaps there's a secret 'Easter egg' at the end that I didn't get to see, but where is this 'ultra modified equipment' that you're so upset about? I can't seem to find it. I'm just curious. Do you consider mounting a scope on a rifle to be 'cheating' too?. That pistol comes from the factory with a tuned trigger & an integrated optics mount. It's specifically designed for mounting a micro-dot optic. There's nothing 'ultra-modified' about it. Your argument is ridiculous.
Still a handgun... U can put on whatever accessories you like, U still have to shoot it manually. Many people have issues with a rifle with iron sights at that range.
I shot a fist sized group of 10 from 25 yards with a g17 few weeks ago. Might as well be Annie Oakley in my own mind . But yea pistols can be a struggle for me at distance.
That was a truly amazing shot Jerry! Maybe not as amazing as the 200yd upside down J-frame shot you made a couple years ago (I'm still in awe over that one!), but pretty close! You know you're good when a 400m pistol shot isn't automatically on the top of the resume!!!
To anyone who says pistols are short range..........that bullet got there in one second from a 4 inch barrel and dented the steel and knocked the paint off
stripervince1 You would definitely know it hit you, but the amount of energy retained at that distance is negligible. Despite Hollywood movies, a handgun shot, even at close range, is unlikely to kill you, unless it hits your heart, brain, or artery.
Spooky the human body is both very fragile and durable, sure a shot to the gut will kill you, but that’s with no medical attention and after a while even with a shot to the lungs will take a while to kill only areas that would result in an “instant kill” would be the heart and brain and the brain is not only encases in thick bone but is also on a mobile and hard to hit part of the body.
How does this video have any dislikes at all. This is seriously impressive. I’m pretty sure I couldn’t do what he did if they gave me 500 tries. Well done sir.
Mr Miculek I love watching your videos. You are great at what you do, down to earth and most of all have fun with the sport. I would love to one day be half as food as you and I know it takes practice and that's what I do but being disabled and on a small income I can't get to the range as often as I wish i could. That's what 20 years of being a firefighter does to your body, 4 back surgeries and I still have 4 discs in my neck to get taken care of. Shooting is my way of relaxing and having fun. Thank you for all you do and your videos. God Bless!
Besides making the best ammo, Hornady also has the best website for understanding everything about velocity, energy, ballistics coefficients, penetration through different media, at different distances and across calibers. It's a great way to decide what size rounds you want to run since you are comparing the same ammo type across calibers, bullet weights, and power loads like 9mm & +P, 38 Sp & +P, .40S&W, .357 Mag, .357 Mag & 45ACP. You'll also find lots of vintage stuff that you'll never use - unless your a gun colector). It's like attending a training session on ammunition. That 435 meter shot was awesome. He does know his trajectories. Hell, I can't even see the target from that distance. I don't recall if he said at what distance he zeroed his M&P. I can't convert meters to yards in my head, so I stick to yards. Besides, the trajectory guides I use are all marked off in yards with zero-points at 25, 50 and 100. The S&W M&P full-size models have the easiest loading mags I've ever used. Double-stacked and made out of durable polymer. As for steel mags, the Springfield XD's (M or S) have double-stack mags also, and although not as easy as the S&W, they certainly beat the heck out of steel single stack mags like the Beretta PX4 Storm if you try using the .40S&W model. It will hold 14, bu those lips are like razors and the spring is like a bear trap. Definitely would need a mag loader. Forget about using your bare hands. I gave up after managing to get 10 squeezed inside. Of course, the S&W and Springfields also have very different triggers, given that S&W offers a wide choice of triggers (and safeties) within individual models. I tried out both the M&P 40 and the M&P 40 Pro. Then there are two other models, I think. A "T" and a "CORE."
I've gotta figure out how to make a realific physics system where bullets not only drop, but are affected by wind speed, and they deviate depending on the stability of your hands.
you where the man before the shot and you're still the man as always, as long as you keep your hands around S+W baby!! can't get any better than Smith!!
I was impressed that your pinky finger is more accurate than me trying my best. When I grow up I wanna be like Jerry. (I'm 27 and will probably never grow up) huge fan!!!
Hey. If you shot with active hearing protection on top of your plugs you'd still be able to hear conversations, and maybe even the ringing steel. You just have to turn up the gain. Howard Leight makes the Impact Sports earmuffs, which I wear over some silicone ear plugs. After turning up the volume, the electronic muffs block out gunshots but amplify everything else to sound almost like I'm not wearing hearing protection.
Good going Sir. I love your reloading room, Amazing. I wonder what a man could learn for you. I learned reloading from an old guy like you. He was a gun trader in over under shotguns not a shooter like you. Have a Good One
I can't believe it's even physically possible to do that. Standing upright, no shoulder stock, nothing... How can anyone even hold their outstretched arms that still. Brain surgeons must envy Mr. Miculek for his motor skills.
Outstanding! 400 meters... wow.

Not going to lie, under pressure, my confidence at 300m with a rifle is probably not as high as his confidence with a pistol at 400m.
he has aimbot though
He is aimbot
*Aimbot has Jerry Miculek
Jerry proved his crazy good understanding of bullet dynamics with this shot. That's an insane shot with a pistol
You are a living legend Jerry.
Now you need to shoot a 22 LR. at a mile.
anyone not impressed by this has never shot a firearm
Seriously this is amazing.
ikr
I shot a fist sized group of 10 from 25 yards with a g17 few weeks ago. Might as well be Annie Oakley in my own mind . But yea pistols can be a struggle for me at distance.
His record 1k yard shot with a 9mm revolver amazed me. Popped a balloon at that distance. His holdover looked like he was about to shoot the sun. 😂
435 yards with a 9mm 115 gr is super impressive. I am uber impressed.
+sakiusad No wonder it was 30ft vertical windage, right!
I watch Jerry’s vids not just for his shooting but also for his great personality. Thanks Jerry
That was a truly amazing shot Jerry! Maybe not as amazing as the 200yd upside down J-frame shot you made a couple years ago (I'm still in awe over that one!), but pretty close! You know you're good when a 400m pistol shot isn't automatically on the top of the resume!!!
I check almost everyday to see if you've added any vids...you NEVER disappoint...Thank you Mr Jerry

stripervince1 You would definitely know it hit you, but the amount of energy retained at that distance is negligible. Despite Hollywood movies, a handgun shot, even at close range, is unlikely to kill you, unless it hits your heart, brain, or artery.
I dunno. Handguns are quite deadly
Mark you're so dumb xD
Spooky the human body is both very fragile and durable, sure a shot to the gut will kill you, but that’s with no medical attention and after a while even with a shot to the lungs will take a while to kill only areas that would result in an “instant kill” would be the heart and brain and the brain is not only encases in thick bone but is also on a mobile and hard to hit part of the body.
No body said that.
Jerry is the luckiest man alive!! Not only does he make these incredible shots 1st try, but he gets to shoot for a living too!!!
Amazing shot Jerry. You never fail to impress. Love the channel.
HOMKY! MICULEK! IS! A! LEGEND!
I love this guy I love how he is so humble
I was pretty dang impressed with the 200m pistol shot. This is plum crazy!! Good stuff Jerry!
Good shooting! Why anyone wouldn't be impressed by this or any other feat you mentioned, is beyond me!
If that doesn’t impress your viewers, nothing you ever do will. lol Well done, sir.
How does this video have any dislikes at all. This is seriously impressive. I’m pretty sure I couldn’t do what he did if they gave me 500 tries. Well done sir.
anti-gun extremist weirdos
My best was 200 yards with a 1911 at a 24" round plate. 400+ is insane. Great shot JM.
Jerry, you're the man...up and up and make it happen...WTG...total respect sir.

When it comes to you. Nothing gun related surprises me anymore.
You’re just that good
I'm impressed! Your smile reminded me of when you did six rapid shots with a .50 BMG rifle - THAT was impressive!
Outstanding! Very few people in the world that will be able to pull that off.
Nailed the target from OVER 4 football fields away, with a 9mm, ON THE FIRST SHOT?? How is that even possible??!! Amazing.
Besides making the best ammo, Hornady also has the best website for understanding everything about velocity, energy, ballistics coefficients, penetration through different media, at different distances and across calibers. Outstanding! BTW Jerry… I pick up my JM Pro 930 tomorrow… I am pumped and ready to "Get Some"
Congratulations on the quality shotgun! Get some!
I am speechless. What a shot. Never knew you could do this. Would the round still have enough energy to kill at that range ?
This is a fantastic video. I'm gonna use this as inspiration for my videogame.
I've gotta figure out how to make a realific physics system where bullets not only drop, but are affected by wind speed, and they deviate depending on the stability of your hands.
Jerry you are just ridiculous lol 435 yards with a 9mm! I thought the 38 special shot was top tier, but this is insane! Awesome job.
Elite-9mm-Sniper!
Haha! Don't worry, I was definitely impressed Jerry! I watch all of these videos of yours and it's super fun!
I'm totally impresses Jerry!!! I think its safe to say that you have the longest standing professional prime in history!!!
It's like you're a firearms Jedi and can use the Force to feel the shot. Absolutely amazing!
incredible shot.... and on the first attempt too!!!! Very nice.
Wow. He amazes me every time with the cool stuff he does.
As always ,glad to see your work.
you where the man before the shot and you're still the man as always, as long as you keep your hands around S+W baby!! can't get any better than Smith!!
That was awesome! It's amazing what you can do with a handgun.
That was cool. I'd be impressed with a rifle on a bench rest, but with a handgun off hand... wow.
I was impressed that your pinky finger is more accurate than me trying my best. When I grow up I wanna be like Jerry. (I'm 27 and will probably never grow up) huge fan!!!
Very nice, always great to see some of the shots you take.
best shooter ive ever seen, your channel is BADASS jerry!
Outstanding shot Jerry! Thanks for sharing.
that is a miracle shot man ! Did not think the 9mm would make it xD awesome video.
Just amazing. Gary Welch
My Dad, would have been impressed, he served with Diplomatic Protection, and had gallon size silver trophies! BRAVO!
Most people couldn't do that with a rifle!!!!!
Absolutely amazing!
I just can't imagine........well done Jerry!
Words cannot describe the AWESOME!
Great teacher and shooter
Skill and finesse. Nicely done.

Congrats Jerry, once again although not in the WBGr officially your #1 in my book.
I don't know what's more impressive, the shot or that ammo shelf.
Great shot from a great shooter as Jerry Miculek...
Jerry!......You are amazing!!!!I wish I can shoot just half good like u!!!
God bless ya Jerry. that was amazing

i cant have enough of this, this is awesome
I'm always impressed with long range hand gunning. Thanks
Hey jerry....newsflash..we ARE MAJORLY IMPRESSED. you are a rock star
Outstanding! I have enough hitting the target at 25 or 50 yards. I don't even think that I could see the target at 400 yards.
Jerry! You're my hero!
I'm impressed by every video you put up. Pretty sweet shooting.
I dont even have the words! Amazing Shot
You are the best! Were you ever in the army, if so did you amaze your drill sgt.?
"On the up and Up" LOL like he has had to fib about a shot in his life. Pure Talent between him and the late great Bob Munden the US is blessed.
Okay, now i'm impressed, very impressed. Great job Jerry!
Hey Jerry I love your videos you are an amazing marksman and you know what you are talking about. Keep on the good work.
I am always impressed. Jerry, you have amazing talent. :)
This is amazing Jerry, unbelievible!!!!!!
I'd like to see how far you could hit with a North American Arms mini revolver :)
2" barrel?
@@bamh1re318 Bro, you replied to a six year old comment. Thank you for the trip down memory lane.
Good going Sir. I love your reloading room, Amazing. I wonder what a man could learn for you. I learned reloading from an old guy like you. He was a gun trader in over under shotguns not a shooter like you. Have a Good One
Outstanding shot
Jerry does insane stuff he's the chuck Norris of guns ur the man jerry
That's insane Jerry! I'd have a hard time hitting that plate from that distance with my tricked out AR-15 on the first shot LOL! Crazy awesome man!!!
You impressed me with the J frame shot. This one was amazing !
Trees not moving but his experience has him hold the correct elevation, amazing!
Jerry you are a lethal weapon.
150Gns !!!! My favorite reload for IPSC Prod
Wow! I am truly impressed! The farthest target I've shot at was a 100yds and hit it on my first try.
Wow. Just wow....what an amazing shot!!!
Nice shooting - as always
Man I love this dude! Wish he was my neighbor I`d miss work just to hang out with him !
Impressive Jerry, very impressive.
This man don't need no Go Pro to convince me he's the real deal. He and Hickok45 are the real deal.
Great shot, Sir.
Impressive no matter what!
It's quite amusing to know that I couldn't shoot the guy with and ak at the distance he could shoot me with a 9mil...
f
It's also quite amusing that you don't know proper grammar either yet you shoot AK's, that's amusing...
Bob Dobalina Préfèrerais-tu que je reformule mon commentaire dans une langue avec laquelle j'ai plus d’expérience ?
Bob Dobalina thankfully there are no english classtests on the range. thats what amuses me...
Cool.
awesome
Now I'm impressed !! Huge shot !!
u are the man Jerry. Do you do classes?
You are the best.I am impressed.
