I think it's a really good marketing strategy, last year 1.7 Lakh people applied for the internship out of them around 99 or 100 were called for the interview , they selected only 23 of those (from India ) and 2 others. Interview was also taken by famous comedians. My point is that what about the data that they are acquiring ,i.e., phone number and email id because I don't feel that a company of its size has the capability of reviewing the data for internship of 1.7 lakh people(surely more this time) but it's really easy to sell that data. Free publicity, marketing and a name that people know, what else do you want? By just having to pay 1 lakh or 2 lakh to a person so approximately 50 to 60 lakhs in total (with 10 lakh as the top prize) but getting the advertisement worth of crores. Just my opinion!!

@@SugandhaSharma criteria for selection as you said creative answers then it's purely luck or something cracking a big job it's better you provide that creative answers in other video I know It sounds weird but i know in india most people get good sleep so i find getting selected is tough competition but no harm in applying thanks
