You can register a home in a business name as a business investor but the process requires a legal professional who can properly explain the laws, rules and regulations for foreign investors. It is not a simple process and ultimately you still will not own it 100% So, no foreigners (Non citizens) cannot buy homes or land on the mainland of Tanzania.
