I think in the next 10-15 years Dodoma will be the place to be. There's alot of projects planned and being built and because it's not as congested and old as the other major cities it's easier to build new structures. It is very sparse now though

Hello Our Sister Inlaw, excellent work,i wish you hook up with the Ministry of Tourism to gain some Pioneering of advertising the attractions we have, like being an Ambassadors ,Pls continue to educate the world esp those from America, cause i have read some serious complains of an American Couples moved to Accra Ghana, and they seriously Generalised to all 54 African Countries!
Africa needs her childrens back ,Africa needs experts esp African Diasporas! let them come back home and regain their status, let them bring in the skills which shall help to move the continent even faster.
Now talking about best places to live, again that is subjective.but all in all Tanzania has a lot to offer, ranging from Leisures,Commerce,Industry,Farming,Mining,Constructions you name it.
Weather those who can not tolerate the warm weather they should avoid the Cost regions of Tanga,Dar,Lindi,Mtwara it can real get Seriously warm.
Those who would like a Cold like weather they Should consider Njombe region,Iringa,Mbeya,Rukwa,Arusha,Kilimanjaro Parts of Tanga(Lushoto)Dodoma,Mara are also cooler. Those who like rainy areas Kagera Will be ideal.
Those who are tired of GMOs and looking to rejuvinate with Organic food ,Morogoro,Iringa,Njombe,Makete,Mbeya and Rukwa will be ideal for them

    • @theebonieway

Thank you and welcome! The answer is yes and no. You can register a home in a business name as a business investor but the process requires a legal professional who can properly explain the laws, rules and regulations for foreign investors. It is not a simple process and ultimately you still will not own it 100% So, no foreigners (Non citizens) cannot buy homes or land on the mainland of Tanzania. There are additional options in Zanzibar for foreigners. My team of professionals assist with both. For more details or assistance with the process contact us www.firstclassafrica.com
