- A small tribute to one of the most unique friendships ever. A special friendship that will no doubt last until the end of time. David and Paul have known each other since 1967, before Starsky and Hutch and still remain the best of friends to this day. Thanks guys for showing us all what true friendship is all about, we love you!!!

They have something that is a treasure a lifetime bond like no other its great to see them joke and show the prankster side of them they will be bonded till end of time so great to see
I love how they care and love each other with much respect. Especially how chokes between each other comes so naturally. If we are only that lucky to have that. They are friends and best friends till now, most of their lives. I wish both best of everything and hope we can see them again together because they make you laugh without trying. I'm sure they keep in touch.

Yes, they've known each other a long time. The clip of them in the car is from an Italian television show from 2008, such chemistry!!

I believe I saw in an interview that David said he and Paul met while auditioning for Starsky and Hutch and they hit it off right away. I don't think they knew each other before but I could be wrong.
@@AngelaCelesteMay Paul and Davy knew each other before Starsky & Hutch. In the early 60's they both attended the same acting classes. They had not seen each other for about 9 years until Paul's Starsky & Hutch audition.

such great characters.... showing a comradery in a very ungay way. Today people have been brainwashed/corrupted to think sex is some central thing...hedonism. Missing all the fruitful things people could be doing with their relationships that don't increase their chances of cancer and infections. lol. Few shows had a better vibe in that way. People in a friendship that has some fruitful purpose. Rather than just dissipation.
