I'm doing a Master's thesis on the topic of Psychology and Religion: Emotional Intelligence and Compassion scale in three groups: Religious people, non-religious people who believe in God or in spirituality and atheists/agnostics.
This video helped me a lot MashaAllah. I wish there were more examples from the life of our Prophet saws. There's a book titled "The Emotional Intelligence of Jesus" which analyzes his life and shows Jesus as the perfect example of a very emotionally intelligent person. We need to write a book for our Prophet as well.
