That is what I was thinking too. One day she was saying grocery prices have gone up and we are planning to leave the place and now she has another house. We have no issues with ur new house, but atleast don't fool the followers.

Hey Peekapoo, it would have (and still could) be a great choice to put all money you have for the down/principal instead of splitting into multiple properties considering interests you pay are high. You can also buy a detached property instead of a town since you have more down.

I will say this, you're current Oakville home is way better as this house only has one window from the front door and you'll only get the sun from one direction. The kitchen being new is smaller compared to the one you have as it's L shaped vs U shaped. Also not having a backyard is really good as there is too much gardening you need to do, so better to stay where you are and rent this place!!!
