There have been reports of my screen uniformity issues with this tv, like circle dots visible on white backgrounds, you guys have faced any of these issues? this issue was also apparent in last year's Q800T/950TS Thanks.

I had the 65" version, it is a very very impressive TV, however mine had an issue where any HDMI port would drop signal with my PS5 and in the end it was sent back. It impressed me so much, that I will be ordering the 75" version once I have my refund directly back from Samsung (the TV was not purchased through Box) and fingers crossed that the 75" has no issues 🤞
@@veganreal1376 Hi, I have now got the 75" version and I am afraid to say even with the latest firmware which dropped on Tuesday morning (v1805.5) the problem still exists 🤦🏻♂️ work around is to turn off the game mode and back on again. If you have a sound bar then it's - game mode off, turn off earc, back on again, game mode back on and it should resolve it as a temp fix, doesn't always work, but is a temp fix. I have messaged Samsung CS about the issue in a full break down and explained the issue that maybe coursing it. They replied thanking me, that they have passed it onto the team that deals with that area and will be resolved in a future update. Hope that helps. Amazing TV, just this one bug is coursing the shine to mist over a little bit.

Try calling Samsung as the Eutronics engineers know of this through their access to the technical teams inside info at Samsung. Mine works great now but my sound is still an issue. Have you experienced any sound issues when trying to play bassy movies I.e. Blade Runner 2049 for instance. My TV rattles. I'm about to get a replacement hopefully.

I have the QN800A for a couple of days now. I have troubles with vertical banding and DSE. I can even see the LED's throught the screen as white/grey dots when you see light and even surfaces. Like a wall or the sky. So basically in every movie or game. This is a dealbreaker for me. The store is going to replace it for a new one because this shouldnt happen according to them. My question is. Does anyone else have these problems? Especially worried about the dots of the led's. I didnt see those in your video so i have good hope.
That sounds awful! I hope this problem was just with that one model. Yes, I didn't have any of those issues with the model I reviewed thankfully. Hope the problem is sorted for you!
dude LOL after 40k plus in money and 20-30 smaung tvs later i still have yet to find ANY model last year or this year that doesn’t have it, about makes me sick they can let this out of the factory, on top of that there’s so much shit on the models that’s just cutting corners or downgrade they otta be sued literally
@@thedude7315 i tried 2 of these and send them both back. Then switched to the G1 model of de LG Oled. And that is and absolute beast and beats the samsung on every level. Next to that… it was cheaper here haha. Now i see the Samsung dropped in price here and is cheaper than the LG G1. That says alot also.
Qn95 is better, unfortunately, it's not available in 75 size here in Brazil, so we are forced to buying the terrible QN85A or this instead... or a OLED 77.
Here we have qn95 but not qn90. I have seen qn85 and qn95 side by side….qn95 is really much brighter, better colours and anti reflect layer really does a good job. I am waiting for 75inch. Few more days and it will be delivered. I have also wanted to buy oled 77inch a83j sony, but don’t know about reflections and dimm picture 🤦🏻♂️
Great review, but you really need to get a better camera to record videos like this. We cant even see how good the TV looks because of the bad resolution on your camera :(

Hi! I'm not sure what the game was, I was playing Gears of War 5 and Forza Horizon 4 on the Xbox but the game trailers played were from a top games 2021 compilation on UA-cam. I personally prefer the C1 but this TV is pretty good as well, just depends on what you want from it.
Hi! I wish I could tell you for certain, but from what I can tell, you can't use two separate inputs at the same time. It's more just one HDMI input with another app like Samsung TV, Mobile casting and UA-cam which I've tried. I may be wrong but this is what I've attempted so far.

It could be that I’m zoomed into the frame of the TV? You wouldn’t normally look at a game that close 😂 The picture is fine when looking at it from a normal distance
Can you mouth the one connect box to the back of the tv when mounting on the wall? My tv gets installed Wednesday. Not sure if I need to buy an extra mount
Hi. The One Connect box only really mounts to the back of the stand. I think you'll need to place it on a table or stand when the TV is mounted to the wall as it will be fitted flush.
Hello, I am from India.have a Q7FN 75 inch samsung 4k uhd tv bought 3 years back. Now was planning to upgrade maybe to 8k. Since no 8k content is their my main criteria is 1. How much upgradation of 4k content and 1080p and 720p content can a 8k tv do through AI. 2. I watch lots of sports especially cricket and tennis , and most of it is available on 1080p through dish. So will the 1080p picture be upgraded by AI on QN800 A 75 inch and if yes will it be better than what we watch 1080p on 4k ultra HD 4k tv. 3. Besides samsung another company 8k tv you recommend , with price range same as QN800 A. One more thing in india QN 900A has not released in 75 inch only 85 inch otherwise it would have been my choice . 4.Is the 4k resolution on QN800 A or other 8k tvs from other companies better means , much better than other 4k tvs.? Because samsung has 1connect box it's of great advantage. Has any other company with 8k have a box. Last thing or should I wait till next year. Thanks for the great info you people give.
For the moment, you get TCL 8K TV at a fraction of this unit. TCL is not worth the money when it comes to home theatre enthusiasts albeit for regular users, it's bang for buck. 8K content is expected to be mainstream by 2030, ONLY IF.. The review is inaccurate in stating that the grills are for ventilation - they're not. They may provide some ventilation but they're actually where the main TV speakers are positioned! That's a quite shocking mistake, even if the remainder of the review is decent.

Hi, do you think this TV will be good for a computer monitor with Windows 10? I want to use with split screen (8) to access 8 things at the same time (eg: emails, word/Excel/remote PC/etc)? My main concern is will this have sharp letters/numbers? Thanks.
The picture will be incredibly sharp! It's hard to tell if this will be good for office work but just bear in mind the smallest size it comes in is 65" so I hope you're planning on sitting very far away from the screen to use it as a PC monitor as I wouldn't recommend sitting close to it. 👍
I'm afraid we don't have any plans to review this TV as of yet. From what I can see in the specs, the QN900A has a much better HDR and Picture Quality Index making the picture even better quality as well as having a more advanced Object Tracking sound and 80W audio output compared to the 70W on the 800A. The 900A has a slightly thinner bezel making it practically edge to edge! They have the exact same features in terms of function but the 900A just has a better version of each. Both are 8K, same size, roughly the same design, but the 900A is the 'flagship' of the range so it will be the more luxury option out of the two. I hope you come to a decision! Sorry I couldn't be of more help 👍
I dont agree with your review when it comes to the sound. The sound is not as great when compared to other TVs in the same price class. I do have a sound bar with the QN800A and this does works wonderful together with the TV.
Hi Paul, from one qn800a owner to another I was wondering if you could help me please. I have had an issue with the speakers vibrating the TV quite noticeably but only with certain content... I.e. blade Runner 2047 or certain bassy shows on the Disney app. For normal TV its fine but when you push it it seems it cannot handle it. Have you had the same issue? Thinking of returning it as faulty but thought i would reach out to you to hear your experience... BTW I have a fix for ps5 dropping signal if that helps you as I know this to be an issue with all qn800a's
@@veganreal1376 I havent experienced such a thing with the tv speakers. I would definitely contact Samsung regarding this matter. As for your solution with the signal dropping im curious to hear more. I only experience this problem with my xbox series x however.
@@pd5255 I'm in the UK and Samsung sent eutronics engineer out to manually install am update to fix the signal drop issue for ps5 and evidently xbox. Hope that you can too benefit from this.
I saw in another review by RTINGS that this TV doesn't have that big of a colour range (something about a thing called gamut witch they said was not 100% supported by the TV), blooming caused by dimming and poor contrast. How does this tv compare with other 8k tvs and high end 4k tvs?
BEWARE, I purchased a Samsung Neo QN800B a 8k TV. The "slim one connect" bow blew out in less than 2 full days of operation. After the TV went black suddenly, I could hear the relay "clicking" however not powering up the screen. These TV sets run hot and I suspect the soldering from the power supply on the motherboard is shoddy. Avoid Samsung products at all cost. I am returning my $3500.00 TV back to "Best Buy" ASAP for a full refund. This experience was completely lame don't trust Samsung!!!

How does this qn800 compare to qn95? Both have oneconnect and ultrawide viewing angle. What about the picture/contrast?

why does the image look so bad/odd at 3:27 - like the blue colors around the window etc

If you're looking for the best get a Sony A80J or A90J OLED.

Well she could it say, no dim pannel, no burn in , and also able to watch on day time with windows, so oled lose in many ways we don't need you so scramm lol
yeep samung has had horrendous QC on there panels this year, banding was horrendous
