Notice when Akane dropped a few pieces of banana she immediately picked them up. Japanese attention to manners and responsibility. These are very well mannered and polite young women.
For me the reasons that I love Band Maid is Sieki is the the lovely stage commander in their music, Miku is cute and the leader of fun, Akane is beautiful and brings the happiness and joy to each performance, Misa is the quiet beauty of mystery. Last of all Minchu is the one that I am in love with. I love everything about Minchu.
I was really surprised with Saiki's and especially Misa's english! It's not often you get to hear Misa speak and in english at that! Saiki spoke out a lot more than I expected too!
Just heard The Dawn Winery's Theme as Holly s***!! Band-Maid are well beyond just crazy maid rockers. They are ligit studio musicians which can play anything. Seriously good stuff here & the connections with fans is assume. Rock on Ladies!! 🤘💕
One of reasons why this is my favorite active band today. They try so hard to reach out to their fans. Continue to give us great music, hopefully more to come our way in future.
👏👏👏Brilliant! ...Thank you for uploading. 👍 NOT BAND-MAID RELATED: Hi Glenn... "troll comment’s" ?! Hmm... Do these count? Q: What’s the difference between trolls and a video game characters? BAND-MAID Nippon is a 1/2 hour weekly show(?) with Miku and Saiki just having a conversation. It began the end of last year and ended just before their Japan tour started. Akane appeared in 2 and is naturally funny, just like when she threw the banana peel into the audience. All Maidiacs need to check it out.
Very nice to see them engaging with the audience. I am surprised at how quiet the crowd is during this interaction frankly. There is at least one or two jackasses screaming or yelling during these moments at many shows I have been to, which is somewhat embarrassing as an American when bands from overseas play here in the states.
How did their English improve so much between Seattle and San Francisco? That’s only 2 Days.. 😂😂. In Seattle I couldn’t understand what they were saying and didn’t care because I just love hearing them talk but in your video I understood almost everything. Anyways it was great to see them live. Band-Maid is one of the most talented rock bands out there today.
Some people don't "Get" the MC breaks, the "Japanese Lessons", the Omajinai Time, the opening ceremony, the silly shenanagens, and the other things they do. But for the Maidiacs, it's all "Magic Time" and we love it.
Is "youkikana" the new "sai&ko"? I imagine the guy who took the banana peel framing it and hanging it in his bedroom wall, watching it daily until it becomes dust 🍌🦍
The word "Yoki kana" is familiar from the scene in the Miyazaki movie _Spirited Away_ where the river deity appears and now completely clean thanks to Chihiro and leaves in a very good mood. It is a term used by a mentor to express praise to his/her disciple. Originally a Buddhist term, it is believed to have been used by the Buddha to praise a disciple for morally good deeds. In the movie it was translated as "Well done." But nowadays, in everyday life, it is used simply like "Feel-good" or "It's nice," coupled with that somewhat out-of-place old-fashioned way of speaking, it gives something of a humorous feel, I think.
@@napodyna6981 This is gold as info, thanks for taking the time to explain it. I love Ghibli movies and like to watch anime in subbed original version but I've only watched Spirited Away in Spanish dub. Laputa: Castle in the Sky is pure comedy in Spanish since "la p*ta" means "the w*ore" in my language and for some godly reason they didn't change the word on the translation. Assured laughs
@@yerayortiz7285 Thanks😅 I feel like I've heard something like that before, I looked it up this time. It seems that in the Spanish dubbing, it had initially been changed to "Lapuntu." And as you might know better than I do, "Laputa" was, actually, taken from the island city in the sky in Jonathan Swift's _Gulliver's Travels._
The percentage of women in their audiences is slowly increasing. In 2019 I only saw three women at the LA show and one of them was my date who had never heard of Band-Maid🤣 Around 10% of the SF crowd looked to be women (not including the dudes dressed in maid outfits).
Did Saiki drop an f-bomb there at the end?...I hope they're not going to fall into the same lame stage patter we hear from every other hard rock band on the planet....thanks Ozzy
I appreciate your enthusiasm, but do you really want banana peels? They're food scraps, they rot, and you're going to throw them away anyway, aren't you?lol From Japan
Yeah!! lets go fvcking crazy!!! 😂🙌🤘
Saiki says "let's go fu*king crazy"
I heard that at the end and was like, Waite....What????
"I'm gorilla." - Akane 🦍
I'm dead. I have laughed myself to death. 🤣💀👻
What did she say after that? I can’t understand it.
....zero script ....all heart....po.....
How can you not be totally captivated by them?
on a wider more NORMAL YT screen? 🧐

Next to being a great hard rock band, they mastered the Maid-cafe personalities too. 🤗
Precious moments! These ladies make me glad all over. What a great, great band they are.
"throwing banana" time 😁
Love Akane's longer hair... 🤩🤩
This banana peel is a new relic.😲 Thanks Glenn.
Who ever caught that could probably sell it to a phycho fan there after the show and make a ton of money.
@@kyles5513 🤑🤭
Think about how many great moments like these we never get to witness because they don't allow any fan cams in Japan.
So very true.

Akane could do just about anything and I would still watch... Such a lovely lady ! No pretense...just natural interaction without affect of any kind !

This band is such a unique gem! That was priceless! 😄😄😄
What a wonderful bunch of magnificant musicians with such a superb sense of fun. They take nothing serious except their music, Viva Band Maid
I'm in BAND-MAID overload and loving every single second.🤩🤩
The banter at their show really lets their personalities shine and lets the audience see how they get along.
The banter is awesome. Authentic. Fun.
Their English is getting better. Yep...luv them!
I am waiting for Misa to develop the "Japanese Beer Opening Ceremony"
Love this moment ❤❤❤❤❤
It was a great night. I'm so happy I made it there.
MISA the most beautiful woman on earth. at least to me.
Unstop-Po-ble music!!!! ❤💪🤘🤘🤘

The crowd was great during the concert. They definitely brought the energy. This clip is not indicative of the crowd during the actual concert parts.
@@Makaveliunited2214 No, he is actually saying that as a good thing, that they are not interrupting the Maids's speech and not being rude.
Just delightful, thank you so much 🤗👍🍻

No way not to love these ladies!
Akane leaves stage. Come back and eats a banana 🍌.... 🤔...✅

SIAKI AND MIKU OF BAND MAID ARE THE JAPANESE FEMALE VERSION. OF DEAN MARTIN AND JERRY LEWIS. THE SERIOUS CROONER AND THE OUT OF CONTROL GOOFBALL.
lol I love them!
Let’s go fucking crazy!
That was awesome!
That was Saiki's magic spell. 🤣
New song title 🤣
I lost track of how many reasons there is.
ooooh yeeaaahh! 🍌
yokikana means may be better ?
Thanks a lot !
It's interesting."Yokikana(よきかな)" in japanese almost means "hunky-dory".
Didn't know they talked that much
anyone know what they all say they love, i couldnt catch some of it
Why do people STILL record a landscape stage in portrait mode? Missing SO much here.
