HUNK is like the doom 3 guy. Unlike other charecters who have some magic given gift or superhuman charismatics, this dude is just a regular ass man
I mean most Resident Evil characters are just regular people. HUNK just happen to be one with a badass design.

Hunk, AKA Mr. Death, aka the unkillable Merc, aka The Umbrella Task Force Tyrant, aka the Shadow of Racoon City, aka Mr. Get shit Done. Its crazy how stealth he can be inspite of the clanking of his titanium balls.
"Human unit never killed" is accurate. Since his backstory involves constantly being the only agent to not die on his missions. And unlick most people with that backstory, refuses to have survivor's guilt. Thus giving him the in universe nickname of "the grim reaper"
He's probably thinking, "People die. It happens. It's simply not my time yet."
I mean, it is not his fault that all his teammates are trash and he have to carry mission for them all alone.

Is there anywhere in the series that actually states his codename stands for Human Unit Never Killed? I feel like it’s just something fans made up once and everyone assumes it must be true. It sounds cool at first, but technically I too am a Human Unit Never Killed.

Meh the minigame he had in RE2 Remake was probably the only hard part of said game.
Like seriously am the only who thinks even with the difficulty cranked up that ammo was way too plentiful. Even the nades came in American serving sizes.
HUNK is literally the most underrated and under utilized character in all of RE. Sure you get extra minigames with him but a whole game about him would be awesome
Would Humanize Umbrela too much.
Their role as one of the major Antagonists that as a whole started the entire BOW viral Bioweapon Pandora's Box mess of that world wouldn't be very fitting if instead of being a 99% Villain Ball bunch of classic 007 level of idiotic over the top Villains with ONE sane guy competent enough to get his job done despite the horrid odds and mismanagement of his employer.
A campaign with HUNK as the MC/PC would by design necessitate either a plot related to him now employed by someone else, preferably a Grey morality Anti-Hero faction, and somehow him still being in enough shape to still be THE HUNK.
Or still Working for Umbrella, and this would by design require keeping him at least Neutral in terms of how Sympathethic he is to the player as his part in the game unfolds, but it would still deeply humanize Umbrella by giving them a person to which one can have SOME empathy towards
They did. It was about a mission that required a team of four: an alchemist, a tank, a medic, and a HUNK. Multiplayer or single with character switch. I believe it was the precursor to the mutation incident in RE2.

The Silence and Calculation is from Goblin Slayer's vibe, the Loyalty and Persistence is from Mandalorian's vibe.

I'm not going to lie, I was already planning on commenting on some stuff, but that ending...I can't stop laughing LOL.
So I wanted to know if you would consider doing a video upgrading HUNK figure in this video. Changing on the plastic pouches with fabric, finding a way to add the knife, setting up more weapons like he has in the game such as the shotgun and his normal pistol, mod his joints so he can actual do...the squat test. Perhaps even add LED lights to his lenses and use the back pouch for the battery and switch.
Anyways, love the video, wonder how this would be in a part to getting back Potato.

Amazing looking figure with excellent accessories/weapons. Even for regular release. Until the scale reveal I thought this was about GIjoe Classified height given the detail/clothing but to pull that off at about Figma scale is super impressive. Would definitely fit in the stop motion Universe Moon creates. Love how the review ended with the surprise extraction.

I got mine (Deluxe version) a few weeks ago very happy i waited a long time for it.
