👊🏾🤓 @CrewElit , Great gimbal review thank you. I recently bought this gimbal model a few days ago . I saw it had mixed reviews on Amazon , but the positive reviews outweighed the negative reviews, so I went ahead and ordered it . I needed a affordable good gimbal to help me put out better video content . I'm new to the gimabl world , so far it seems easy to use after I watched your instructional video , I did read the owners manual , but you made it a lot easier to understand . I just did a little practice with it , it seems to be working good so far , I want to use it at a event I am planning to attend today . Using my new gimabl will be a lot of fun . I'm sure I have to learn techniques of using my new gimabl , but that's okay , I'm in no hurry . lol
Much appreciated, Joseph! I'm glad you found the video useful! I will be testing some new gimbals here soon and comparing them! Let me know if you have any questions! Also, make sure to subscribe and share if you haven't already! Welcome to the Crew!
Hello! My apologies for the late response. The one I reviewed in the video should be the same exact one you have. The rubber thing is used to prevent pushing on the gimbals button that allows it to switch orientation. As for charging, I believe there is a red constant light on when charging. The blinking light should be the Bluetooth pairing but I can double check on this. I hope this information helps you out. If you have any other questions, please feel free to ask me! Also, make sure to subscribe and share if you haven't already! Welcome to the Crew!
My apologies for the late response! This gimbal stabilizer is equipped with 450mAh battery, which doesn't take too long to charge. It usually takes me about 3 hours to fully charge, but this depends on the wattage of the charger you are using. When the gimbal is fully charged, you can use it for 2 hours in one go. I hope this information helps you out. If you have any other questions, please feel free to ask me! Also, make sure to subscribe and share if you haven't already! Welcome to the Crew!
Hello Steve! I really appreciate your nice comment! I do apologize for that. I have been using this gimbal for almost a year now, and haven't experienced any issues with my unit. I hope this information helps you out. If you have any other questions, please feel free to ask me! Also, make sure to subscribe and share if you haven't already! Welcome to the Crew!
Yes I was able to figure it out. The black rubber silicone thing is a cover for the button, which will prevent you from accidentally clicking on the button that causes the gimbal to rotate. I hope this information helps you out. If you have any other questions, please feel free to ask me! Also, make sure to subscribe and share if you haven't already! Welcome to the Crew!
Thank you for showing me how to turn it on!!! Now only if I can figure out with the rubber thing is for. (I’ve been putting it on the phone holders lol doesn’t seem right however 😂)
Hello Christina! I apologize for the late response! The rubber thing is actually a silicone rubber case That prevents you from potentially clicking on the button that causes the selfie stick tripod gimbal to rotate. I hope this information helps you out. If you have any other questions, please feel free to ask me! Also, make sure to subscribe and share if you haven't already! Welcome to the Crew!
No problem, Chris! I'm glad that I helped you out! Let me know if you have any questions! Also, make sure to subscribe and share if you haven't already! Welcome to the Crew!
I have just unboxed my Obudyard Cloud Shadow 4 Stabilizer while following along with your video. I chose this stabilizer so I could use the Blue Tooth remote to take only photos on my upcoming cruise. I have also just bought an OPPO Find X5 Pro to take my photos so I can leave my heavy camera & lenses at home. QUERY PLEASE: I have Blue Tooth active on my phone. I have charged the Remote & a Blue Light is there when turned on. I have charged the Stabilizer but there is only a green flashing light showing. The stabilizer is rotating as it should from the remote BUT I cannot take a photo. I have my OPPO phone setup to take a photo but can only take it from the phone. How long should I charge the stabilizer? Is that why I'm only getting a flashing green light? I'd really love some advice please, as I don't want to take my big camera with me on my cruise. My mobility is not very good now & I thought the camera might be my answer
Hello Noeleen! No worries! I totally understand your situation and also like to travel with less equipment whenever possible. I should be able to help you out here! Did you pair the Bluetooth remote shutter to your OPPO phone? If not I can help you out with the process.
@@CrewElite Hi there, Thanks so much for you quick reply. I feel I must have missed an important step somewhere. I did notice in the little manual that came with the gimbal, that after I turned on the Blue Tooth on my phone, I needed to choose the "Zeshbit" option. I did choose Zeshbit & it is now showing on Bluetooth as a Paired Device. However, I still can't take a photo from the remote. Is the green light on the gimbal supposed to be flashing when turned on, as well as the blue light on the remote supposed to be flashing? This is happening on both & I don't know how long I should have charged both of the above. I'm going to admit to the fact that I've never used any Smartphone before. I've only ever used my former Nokia as a phone & SMS - no Internet. I am very good with my DSLR camera & Photoshop but maybe I've bitten off a bit more than I can chew by buying a Smartphone with good photo capabilities. If I can't solve my problem, I would still use to gimbal to hold my phone steady & just have to press the button the the phone.
This is strange. It should work once you get the remote paired up. I don't think the light has anything to do with the shutter, but I can look into this for you. Are you using the default camera application on your OPPO Find X5 Pro?
@@CrewElite Hi Jordan, thanks so much for your help & your wonderful video. I have finally worked it out - I wasn't holding the button to take my photo long enough. It finally told me to hold the button a bit longer & VOILA!! I can now take photos using the remote. I really appreciate your time in trying to sort this "Oldie" out. regards, Noeleen
@@GeelongSally This is wonderful news, Noeleen! I wish there would be better oversight on these things, but I'm glad we were able to sort this out! I hope you have a great cruise and feel free to reach out if anything comes up!
Mine leans to one side and cannot keep the phone perfectly horizontal or vertical. It appears that yours leans to one side too. I wish this could be adjusted. The other problem is that the clamp holder smashes the phone's volume and power buttons which on my phone calls 911.
That is not good at all. I do know that some phones are a bit more tricky to place with certain gimbals. What model is your phone? Also, are you using some sort of case?
I have been able to get around 1 hr and 30mins on a single charge, but that was continuous usage. On the Amazon link, it's states that you get up to 2hrs of usage. Let me know if you have any questions! Also, make sure to subscribe and share if you haven't already! Welcome to the Crew!
Since this is an electric gimbal stabilizer, it may not preform properly when dead. It will most likely start spinning around as it's not going to be stable. I have reviewed some other gimbals that don't require any power/charging up that works with weight distribution. I can send links to those if interested. Let me know if you have any questions! Also, make sure to subscribe and share if you haven't already! Welcome to the Crew!
I got mine recently unfortunately, the gimbal Bluetooth is not discoverable in my google pixel 4a but I was able to use rotate functionality. Any help would be highly appreciated...
Thank you. I am having trouble connecting to Bluetooth. Just won't connect. I have a Samsung s21 ultra. Any help would be appreciated...I lost the manual.
