honestly gasgore's probably the least offensive ship other then the cannon ones, we know mostly nothing about gaster other then him being the old royal scientist and either being a mad scientist villain, or he's a great scientist who just cant stop making mistakes, and asgore is asgore, nothing else to be said really if its villain gaster? no good guy/neutral science gaster? yea i can see it
to be honest it somewhat annoys me how Toriel acts so innocent and like only Asgore is in the wrong in many interpretations when she abandoned her own people, leaving them to suffer alone and be guided by a depressed grieving king that barely knows what he's doing, all because she did not want to deal with him, and how, time and time again, she left each of the souls leave on their own why? because of her own cowardice, because she did not want to see them wander thorough the underground and she did not want to be seen by the other people; she became ashamed and did not want to deal with that, even if it meant putting the others in danger
