Bought this 2 months ago, already put down 1077 km on it. Runs like a clock. Perfect supplement to my patton as i dont like to ride the paton in rain, also I wanna save some miles on the patton. Also the v10f is great for visiting friends, shopping with etc.
Yes it is convinient :) small enough and light enough to bring everywhere but also got decent power and range. Mine died unfortunately at 7000km so I now got a kingsong 18XL instead :)
For a while I was getting "overpower please get off" on almost every ride on a v8f but adjusting the tilt angle and hardness settings resolved the issue for me.
Great review. I've just sold my V10F and bought a V12 HT mainly because with my weight it was too easy to overpower when going up a hill, and I live in an area with lots of them. So I'd usually just slowly make my way up, but even that you can only do for a short period of time. Also I wanted more range. I do miss how It's light enough to carry or throw it in the car and stuff. The back light and LEDs on the V12 suck, but it's a smooth ride compared to the V10.
Thanks! I'm also looking at the V12 but now leaning towards the begode T4. I do think suspension is the way to go in the future as it seems quite superior to non-suspension. But the v12 is beast and love the IPX raiting on it!
Super, super similar to my perspective with my 16s! I love this review, and I really agree with feeling occasionally disappointed by the speed, but it's also not a real issue for my actual usecase. I've saw a good number of euc world stats from riders w bigger wheels, and their avg riding speed is around 20-23 km/h, so for some people with good commute paths, these wheels provide much of the practicality of any euc.
Thanks for the review! What distances do you manage to get roughly? I’ve read that some can reach up to 80km while others state 30km so it’s quite a large difference based on temperature,wind,road-condition,driver weight, speed etc.
Hi bud,I am 15.5 stones (98kg) in weight and on a nice warm day travelling between 15-20 mph (around 30kph) I have had 34 miles or 55 km with a bit of battery to spare.Hope that helps a bit.
As u say it can differ a lot. I’m riding the beeps (top speed all the time), I’m 65kg and I can prolly get ~40km that way. Then I have to reduce speed alot and could probably get a couple more km. But I’ve also been out on a 4hour ride doing 70km but then we went mostly 20km/h with some faster off-roading!
The overpower warning does concern me, I'm glad you mentioned it. I weigh ~70kg as well. When you get the overpower warning, are you accelerating up a hill or are you simply maintaining a constant speed? And, how long is the hill you are riding? In the video, it didn't seem that long. We have several hills on the path I'd be traveling on and the main hil I'm concerned with is .6km long and 15-20% incline. The specs of the V10F should be able to handle 30% but Inmotion doesn't say how long it cruise up a 30% incline. This would be my first EUC for reference.
Usually it happenes when I accelerate too hard in inclines. Have not gotten it due to a long hill maintaining constant speed. I think it's a slight annoyance. I usually remember to not accelerate too hard in inclines but sometimes when in the groove and having fun I forget about it. :) I think you should be good as long as you relax of the throttle a bit
Sup sorry for the late response! Maybe u have your euc already 🙃 my top tip would be get a good helmet and some basic gear at least. It’s not about if you will fall it’s about when :) I made the seat myself from a yoga block and heavy duty tape :)
I bought Begode Tesla T3 and it is much better wheel in my opinion. My friend has V10F and he wanted my T3 so badly :D. Much more power, speed, range and it is even cheaper :D
I got the v10f for half of what it is selling for today (new). Was a good deal then but agree there might be better options. I've seen too many begodes go up in flames on the internet to have one in my house but yeah they are good price to performance machines :)
Wristguards - just some noname cheap brand that i picked up 😄 The seat i made myself using a yogablock as i could not find a seat to buy. Works great and costed me 10€ 👌
Hey I just purchased a 2nd hand v10f with like 3 miles on it like almost brand new, but it doesn’t charge when I plug it in, is their supposed to be a light thats turning on when the charger is plugged in the socket? Even without being in the euc ? Idk what to do now is it the euc hopefully not.
Sounds like no fun :( the inmotion charger have a small LED that usually goes green when not connected to the wheel or if wheel is fully charged, and it is red when charging. The wheels display should light up as well when you connect the charger. Hope this helps :)
@@electricunicyclesweden usually I need to know for certain :/ , if it doesn’t light up while being plugged in the wheel it means that the charger is broken I pressume?
Pretty much any PEV (personal electric vehicle) uses the same concept for the power bricks. There is a light on the brick - red = charging, solid green = done. You may want to try another charging brick. Perhaps the one the guy gave you was the wrong one?

Loved the review! Do you have a video explaining how did you make you own seat?
Do not! Will make one :)
@@electricunicyclesweden I like to see either.

Thank you! Agree, i think the only value for me right now in upgrading is going to a suspension wheel for more comfort :)
