Wow ! I'm from Lausanne, but was born in 1988, so I never saw my city like that. It's so weird and so beautiful in the same time. Thanks for this film :)
do those watersports and swimming areas near Lake Geneva(6:18-6:36) still look like they did in the '50's? I think they looked great back then in this film!(I'm into nostalgia hence my interest in your old travel films on travelfilmarchive.)
No problem. This video is a superb example of life there. The only thing missing is the snow. I have personally visited many of those sites, some while I lived in Geneva from 75 to 79, and some when I returned to visit a friend who works in that town. btw, the Swiss say that Lausanne is their version of San Francisco. It certainly is the hilliest city in the whole country. If you find something on Geneva, please post it
Very well done, except for the title. The city in question is spelled Lausanne, not Luassane. Other than that, a superb review of the city (which some also call the San Francisco of Switzerland).
J'adoooooooreee Lausanne!!!!
In my opinion, it's the most beautiful city in Switzerland.

Your city is beautiful Kao! your wonderful country has always been The Playground of Europe.
Thanks for pointing that out. I have corrected it.
