Sir i gave a cheque as a security to my construction contractor but as he only completed my 90% of construction and i told him that construct my whole work and then i will pay u after that .but instead of completing the work he join my security cheque to his account so can he still file cheque bounce case on me????

Complainant and accused both advocate has filed written arug in court . But oral argument is pending and complainant stating that he want to examine witness.
