Markezich will get stronger. I am just really proud of her. To see her run aggressively and have a kick at the end commands the upmost respect. I was a 400m hurdler and can’t imagine running hurdles, check that, barriers for 3,000m… takes incredible heart and courage. She never misses a water jump. For humans to push their bodies to the brink of collapse is uncommon valor in my book…looking forward to see… watch Olivia grow. As a great poet penned. “ to force your heart and nerve and sinew to serve their term long after they are gone…and so hold on when there is nothing left within you except the will which says to them…hold on!

What a finish and way to execute the plan.

I just discovered this type of race. Those jumps at the end have to be brutal!

the Steeple falls into the category of ' cruel & unusual' as a track event.

Howard cheated throughout that race like a mafia accountant, constantly picking on and shoving Markezich. Zero respect. And man do I miss Emma Coburn.

I saw Howard protect her position once, that was all and nothing untoward IMO
