Well, that worked brilliantly Chrissie, and the candle bridge is so pretty with the cut out hearts on the front, and it does make the tree/bush seem less prominent , and love the 'All is calm' which finishes it perfectly...a wonderful finished result. x
I adore how you chuckle at the misadventures that we all find ourselves doing, and then create a masterpiece out of it!! I equally chuckle with and become inspired by you ! Thanks 🙏🏼
Absolutely fantasic, no waste what so ever. Well done chrissie. You have a wonderful collection of unique dies. You were ment to make the mistake in order to create a master piece even better than the first edition. 👏❤
Oh that is so nice. Wow you do think a lot of thinking for each and every card. Thanks Christine for all your time and effort it is really appreciated.
Way to salvage the entire panel! i think the right hand window pane background looks like there's a mountain far back. It is a gorgeous panel. So wonderful that you were able to use all of the panel after all. (Who knows about what UA-cam is doing these days? I just posted this comment here and went to a different video that was showing live. Guess where my comment ended up? Not here! Good gracious!)
A great save, this card is just as beautiful as the first one. Sorry for the lack of comments on your last few cards, I was having issues with my computer and UA-cam and I couldn't get comments done. I ended up watching UA-cam on my TV instead and I can't comment there. But I made sure to give you a thumbs up. Thankfully all is good now on the computer. From the looks of it on my end, your subscriber count has gone up to 18K! That is wonderful, you are definitely growing. Hugs, Brenda
Hello christine . Super ! Ce n etait pas possible de ne pas utiliser les decoupes de ce magnifique background 😉. Magnifique 2 éléments changés et les 2 cartes sont différentes . Merci et bonne soirée 👏👋👋👋
Hi Christine. What a great card. I love listening to your thought processes. I like what you did to the candelabra, it’s so pretty. Thank you for another great video. - Dawn 🌅
A really beautiful card Chris, the background senior moments were a joy, in the nicest way. Now living in Australia, I’m very lucky gummiapan export here, unfortunately stix2 don’t. I’d loved to have purchased their new glue. ☹️. Looking forward to many more beautiful cards, and a few senior moments 😂 Anne 🏴🇳🇿
This card is so beautiful! I have the same tip on my glue, the silicone tip works great to keep the glue from drying out. I also wanted to mention that I hold the silicone piece with my thumb. This keeps it out of the way.
Your glue bottle tip may be a larger gauge than the small 15 ml bottle with a blunted needle tip that I have. What I've found works fabulous is to take a small piece of paper towel and fold it a couple of times. Wet it and squeeze out the water. Then put in the bottom of a shot glass. While I'm using my glue, I just invert it needle end onto the wet towel in the shot glass. Keeps tip moist and glue at the top as well as no need to put the pin in and out while working on your project. Great card and you successfully disguised the bush.
Christine you are such a bad influence! 😂. I have just put a big order in for Stix2 including the new glue. Plus I have ordered a mystery envelope from Gummiapan which is £25 with £50 worth of goodies in it. Oops. Great save on this card. I am glad I am not the only one who has senior moments
i like that you showed this recovery video. we all know there are no mistakes in cardmaking, but its important to have suggestions on how you can recover from them! great video!
It shouldn’t amaze me after watching so many of your videos but your layering and attention to detail does - and needs to be applauded 👏👏 🐼 looking to see what you come up with
Wonderful card as ever Ms.Chrissie!!! I had an idea re: your liquid glue cap, maybe you can tape the lid down to the side or put a rubber band around it so it’s not in your way whenever you use it? Thanks Again for sharing & Have a Great Evening!!!
If that plastick from the closepin is in the way i do a elastic around the bottle so that that plastic is not always in the way...sorry its hard to explain in english, but it helps me
I got unsubscribed again! And now I’m seeing it happen to other craft videos as well. Did you ever find out why this is happening? I’ll do my best to keep re-subscribing. Thank you for all your videos. I really do love them.
Lovely 😊 I love how you never take yourself seriously, such fun to watch. Thank you.😊
😊 thank you
Well, what a save! Love this card Christine. I'm so glad you didn't throw that lovely background away.

Yay I am so happy that you didn’t throw that away… I was shouting for you to turn it about but you didn’t hear me 😂
That was so rude of me to take no notice of your warning!🤣🤣🤣
Bravo! I was thinking this same thought to use the upside down version as a bush! So very lovely in this version too! ❤
Thank you! 😊
Nice save Christine. You card tuned out great

LOVELY CARD YOU HAVE GIVEN ME SO MANY IDEAS USING THIS WINDOW I MAY MAKE A SERIES
Wonderful 😊😊😊
Great save, Chris. Background too beautiful NOT to use. Lovely result. TFS. From Cheryl in AZ.

Lovely card once again Christine! I remember watching your video on the background. I’ll see if I can find it and have a go! Thank you x
There's probably a link in the description... I think
It shouldn’t amaze me after watching so many of your videos but your layering and attention to detail does - and needs to be applauded 👏👏 🐼 looking to see what you come up with
Thanks so much 😊
Great card from a mistake just as good as the first.
Thanks so much😊
Good save, it looks great!
Thank you! Cheers!😊
This is beautiful 😀 some acetate between the windows would perhaps look like window panes? Love the star 🌠
I don’t think the background would be very visible behind acetate, my initial idea of using the window was to display the background!😊😊😊
Good save well done x
Thank you! 😊
Great save ❤
💙💙💙💙💙
Fantastic!
Glad you like it!
I saw the mistake and thought it was a tree outside the window with branches hanging down. I would still use it.
I did!
Wonderful card as ever Ms.Chrissie!!!
I had an idea re: your liquid glue cap, maybe you can tape the lid down to the side or put a rubber band around it so it’s not in your way whenever you use it?
Thanks Again for sharing & Have a Great Evening!!!
Great idea!
Remember - there are NO mistakes in card making - only opportunities to try something new. Doesn't look the least bit upside down to me. 🙂
There you go!😊😊😊
I thought you could put some acetate between the two white frames for glass 🤔
I could but you might not see the background so well!
If that plastick from the closepin is in the way i do a elastic around the bottle so that that plastic is not always in the way...sorry its hard to explain in english, but it helps me
I know just what you mean, I think I may try it!

I still have no real understanding of what is going on!🤔
Just a lovely card and very enjoyable video. Where is the video where you created the background piece with the pine needles? TFS! 🙏🌸🤓
