That’s dope! So I heard tt3 a few months after it came out, so plugs was the first solo album I heard from Benny as it came out. But both those albums, I can vividly remember exactly where I was the first time I heard them. Both albums are insane for sure!!

HBO a more consistent album tho (besides that Daringer beat Mach spit on lol).

You could hear that hunger in every bar dawg! Personally, I don't really think Benny has fell off as a lyricist, he just doesn't have the best grasp on when he sounds the best. I'm not sure what he wants to work with Hit again after it'sitsbeen clear that TT3, Plugs, and TT4 are far better than Plugs 2 and Burden of Proof. I'm assuming Gunn is having a smaller role with each project and I don't think that benefits Benny

Stabbed and shot is an underrated Griselda gem! I really need spesh and Benny to make a stabbed and shot 2. Matter fact, I remember a year or so ago, Ransom was teasing an album with Spesh and Benny called Stabbed, Shot, and Kidnapped......haven't heard nothing bout it since but that would be INSANE if they actually made that happened!

I remember around this time not even realizing this album was by benny, whole year I'm going crazy for Redemption and kamikaze etc and people kept talking about TT3 and when I finally got to it I couldn't believe what I was hearing 🤯 joint really blew my mind, Fifty one is my all time favorite benny track to this day ,ngl tho TT4 really is a great predecessor I flip flop on which one is better, that broken bottles hit every time live sidenote alchemist swept daringer on this joint

Hahah thats crazy! Cus you already knew who benny was at that point right? Yeah 2018 was an insane year. I'm not a huge Em fan (even tho his in my top 10-15 all time), but daaaawg....that Redemption by Jay Rock got so many spins from me. Knock it Off, Rotation 112, and Wow stay in rotation for me to this day!
But yeah man I'm bias but I think this album did so much or that dark, grimy, east coast influenced coke rap style. The verse on Fifty one is so dope to me. And facts, TT4 did TT3 justice. I had both neck and neck when TT4 first came out, but I think TT3 had higher highs. Like TT4 is great and has no skips but idk if anything is on the same level as like rubber bands and weight, broken bottles, 97 hov, etc etc. But I've been back and forth between Plugs and TT4 on what I have behind tt3.
