As much as I love Fred because of Fall of Reach, and how much that book has inspired me throughout my life, this figure is truly a standout. I am shocked that even after license costs, material costs, labor, design, and everything else, this figure is only $10. Jazwares consistently puts out great figures, but this is the new benchmark in quality. This may not just be my favorite figure in the line, but this is easily in my top ten 1:18 scale figures of all time. And that's including Retro G.I. Joes, Star Wars Vintage Collection, and Hiya Toys. These lack of online links are killing me, because my wallet, and my shelf, are very ready.

They still need to properly distribute these figures. I haven’t gotten any of series 4 because Canada is bad for jazware stuff. If it was on big bad toy store it’d save me a lot of stress.

Not into halo. Found this at Ross for 4 bucks and I couldn't pass. This 1/18 scale figures look badass. There was a 2 pack for 6 or 7 bucks but I passed. Maybe I go back for it.
Saw elite ultra and Fred. Haven't gotten series 2 sentinel and elite ultra yet(probably will skip the ultra because ghost) And for wave 3, I probably won't get the brute boi, cuz I have the target 3 pack.
Have you noticed the quality on series 4 seems lesser than previous waves? All my series 4 figures seem way more fragile and/or have more defects than my figures from the previous waves
@@nostalgicadam interesting. Pretty much all the Series 4 I got from my Target have some sort of issue. The Spartan EVAs knee plate needed to be glued and the torso comes off from the legs VERY easily. Escherams hands are extremely tight and took lots of effort to get the hammer in, and of course his head is glued in place and doesn’t move and he comes off his lower half easily. My master chief with grappleshot had a defectively molded torso piece and couldn’t move his chest at all, and his head doesn’t move. And my Fred 104 has his foot glued into place so that moving it makes me worry I’ll break it. The only ones that don’t really have issues are the Elite and the Pack Mule grunt.
@@DRFUZY1 daaaang! That sucks, sounds like you got a bad batch 😭 I guess you could always return them and wait for a restock and hope for better quality control on them.

Add a drop of either super glue or clear acrylic nail polish to the loose joint- then work the joint back and forth until it's nice and tight (maybe ten minutes). Works every time.
How do you go about searching for the new figures and know which ones to look for? I keep searching my local stores and I'll randomly find some of the new ones. Like their stock will jump from series 2, to series 4 in a week. Is there a complete list somewhere so I can keep track of which figures are in which series etc?
If you can get ahold of Fred, grunt mule , or escharum or all 3 at your local target I will gladly pay alittle over retail for these . I need them for my collection !! 😩
i just got mine 30 mins ago from target along with the white elite ultra ! quality is amazing dude. how the hell did you manage to open Escharum’s hand to hold his gravity hammer ? ITS EXTREMELY HARD TO OPEN HIS DAMN HAND! lmao

Not for me, as a whole. The quality overall seems better, I think I just had bad luck with my Escharum. 😭
