STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS AND DETAILS PROVIDED IN THE VIDEO.

INGREDIENTS I USED:
Baked in a preheated 325 degree oven for about 28 minutes. (Time may vary depending on your oven.)
2 3/4 Cups All Purpose Flour
2 Cups Sugar
1/2 C Milk (Room Temperature)
1 1/2 Sticks UNsalted Butter (Room Temperature)
1/3 C Vegetable Oil
1 15 oz Can 100% Pure Pumpkin
4 Large Eggs (Room Temperature)
1 Tablespoon Baking Powder
1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
1 Tablespoon Vanilla Extract
2 Teaspoons Cinnamon
1 Teaspoon Nutmeg
2 Teaspoons Ginger
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1 Cup Crushed Gingersnaps in the cake
Plus extra Gingersnaps for garnishing
I used a total of 35 Gingersnaps
***Frosting
2 Sticks UNsalted Butter (Softened)
2 8 oz. Blocks Cream Cheese (Room Temperature)
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1 Tablespoon Vanilla Extract
1 Teaspoon Creme Bouquet
6 1/2 Cups Powdered Sugar
1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
1/2 Teaspoon Nutmeg
1/4 Teaspoon Ginger

Too bad that I’m not in your kitchen or your next door neighbor, because I be right at your door with my plate for a slice, please. I know your home is smelling wonderful. For what I was told old baking is the best, I have two of my aunt old cast irons skillet and when I fry chickens in them, I feel like I’m taste my aunt cooking chickens.R.I.P.
