I have scoured all over the internet looking for any sign of this singer. Nothing. He must be the best ghost to ever sing a song. Take a look at the Wikipedia song list under Sweet Home Alabama (film) and Jason is one of only two artists without any link. I don't know if he passed away before the film came out or was just a studio singer that never made any fame. It is a shame as this song is one of the most remembered on the soundtrack and he didn't get his fame from it. If anyone knows this guy please tell him he has lots of fans.
