3.1 X 11" LATEX BALLOON WITH AGE, MESSAGE AND COLOUR OF YOUR CHOICE.
4. BALLOON TABLE CENTRE PIECE WITH SIZER ( CAN BE MADE BY CUTTING A HOLE IN A PIECE OF CARDBOARD.

What did you put in the really small balloon as you used for the weight? Not sure if I missed it

Water, it's not in the video,its just a 5" balloon with some water inside you just fill from the tap.
