Heater is uaed to make the sample heated upto drain pot or cooler to avoid dew because when gas will be cool there wipl be dew and moisture, it will be cooled in coller and moisture will be seprated there

did you applied a standard gas to module and it read wrong,?

check if there is any leakage from exhaust of engine up to analyzer, if yes then arrest leakge

it is better to need one cooler and vacuum pump to eject water instead of using only physical separator. if process has some changes, we cannot do anything to control quality of gas sample
