It using pork fat oil in a tin container. Instead of vegetable oil. Resulting in saturated. That is the reason why it turn so black. Being recycling at least 5 to 6 times of using to cut operation costs. Partly because i think pork fat absorbed more body favour. The central kitchen is an old process factory, the floor are dirt n mark stains. It required full blast cleaning for basic food process hygiene. Maybe the public health authorities doesn't really to care, unless is food poison case.
昌吉街鰻魚羹真是老店了以前常去吃,早就有工廠化非常好吃三年沒去吃了,有經過沒下車,這兩天一定去吃老味道👍
工廠化的部分,是為了高壓去處理中藥湯,海鰻魚的部分還是得手工
非常非常地好吃,成本也超高,趁還能買到趕快買,因為一直難賺,老闆說本來想收了,是因為老母親才繼續經營的,說不定幾年後就吃不到了

這碗鰻魚湯,如果不是在特定條件下,不賣個100元會虧本,當然我不能透露太多,總之這碗湯絕對遠低於行情價,看這些設備跟廠房就知道了,有空吃看看,飛妹打包票是頂級美味
還有這是海鰻魚哦,跟台灣鰻魚幾乎完全不同生物,肉質完全不一樣哦

@@flyingmousefood要是台灣海鰻魚就好了,新鮮好吃,只是價格貴一些而且產量沒那麼多,所以一般業者都從東南亞國家進口,因為價格相對便宜太多又量大,而且還是冷凍不知道多久了的東西,這東西一碗賣100元我平常是不會去吃的,外出旅遊經過可以吃,要吃海鰻自己去漁港或菜市場買來煮,新鮮營養!一台斤大概100元!還有那個不是日本鰻:白鰻喔(太貴了)~跟台灣的虎鰻很像,有大根硬刺,肉質細緻
我丈母娘愛吃饅魚,下回回台北去品嚐一下,超過一甲子的店一定是有獨門密技呀!

你是沒下過廚房嗎,這些油都是我親眼看到密封,打開倒進去的,你可以質疑攝影機拍不出來,不能質疑店家的良心,沒看過大廚房的人別亂評論好嗎
炸魚,油很快就黑了,這是開業30幾年鹹酥雞攤老闆說的
1.就算全部都是新油,炸到一定程度,就要全部換掉,而不是只添加下去,麥當饒好像就是這樣做的。
2.播甚麼樣的內容是您可以決定的,多了解一些食品安全,就可以刪掉一些有爭議的影片。隱惡揚善,店家不一定是完美,總會有缺失,缺失沒有造成重大食安問題,不播出來就見不到了。

這家吃看看,沒有淡水養殖鰻那種腥味,這吃起來很像是...土托魚羹那種魚肉,完全沒有腥味
