    Thank you so much for a wonderful video! I just got me Pso-rite and some of video online are not showing the same methods of using it as you demo in your video. Your method is how intuitively wanted to use the Pso-rite and so it was nice to get that conformation! Thanks again!

    What an excellent review thank you so much! I had just ordered this online and was relieved to see your take on using it on the glutes because when I did it, my glue were absolutely on fire and I was like am I doing this wrong? Thank you so much for the helpful review

    So to make sure I understand, the belly button is centered between the two protrusions? Will this hit my ribs?

      Position it so that is below the rib region and the Psoas is located between the pelvic bone and belly button at a 45 degree angle.

    I put it under my balls, I call it the pso wrong !
