Those who r not present and can't listen to your appeals directly or have no power or capacity to help , or have passed away and r resting in Graves or living in Burzakh after death can't neither hear you nor have any power spiritually even to respond to your appeals. To hear, respond and help indirectly while we can't see or hear or physically feel the presence of that Existence is the only attribute of Allah, the Omnipresent, the Omniscient and All-powerful. To ask for help from any present ,visible and nearer presen who can hear you or see you in distress is totally a different phenomenon than to ask or appeal someone who is not physically approachable, accessible. This attribute of Being Unseen and listening and Responding in absentia to our requests indirectly is only attribute of Allah and to think or presume such a Quality among any person amounts to Shirk in Person as well as in Attributes of Almighty.

If you believe in Tawheed ideology explained in Alquran as great concern of Allah , you have to believe authority of only Allah and to believe that other than Him all the other are created by Him as His creatures which include all the millions of prophets and and their Ahalibayat. All the creatures either the human beings, the Angels, the Jinat and Rijalul Gaib, the skies. The earth's , all are working under the orders of Allah. They have no power of their own . What they did or what they are doing is written in His plan already written by Him. We should only believe in our own will power already bestowed by Allah to us with full submissions to to Allah without expecting any favour or help from His creatures as He has already exiled our forefather along with his wife from Heaven's down to Earth only for eating abandoned fruit and punished Azazeel for ever only for denying Sajda to our forefather Adam Pbuh.
