Rob, I recently came across your podcast and absolutely love it. I love how non-egocentric it is and I love the small and achievable methods for improving your wellbeing, outlook, self esteem, etc. I'm a 39 yr old guy who used to live by all the things you talk about and was very successful in things that are important to me. I got pretty lost and now I'm finding my way back and your podcast is exactly what I've been looking for - thank you!
Highly recommend "You, Happier", by Daniel G. Amen. Scientifically backed ways to be a happier person revolving around nutrition, daily practices, etc. Life changing read for me
How relatable can you be, every video you have is important for me to listen and learn. Unlearn all my habits and understand the mindset

An absolute must watch by everyone. We all do this at least once or twice in a lifetime. Many of us do it more than that.
Came from Spotify to hear the ending! This Podcast is changing my life thank you!
Me too!!

@@Whispyplays thank you Mitchell, truly appreciate the recommendation.
Why do some people catastrophize and some do not?
Same as asking, why do some people suffer from anxiety/depression while others don't to the same degree.
It seems you know so much about this great living mashing that God created (human) as if he has given you the special manual of how it's functions
