You did have one video of drawback chess where you put something to cover part of the screen so that even if the opponent reveals their drawback, you would still not see it. If you're not a coward, bring that back
I personally think it makes sense to read the drawback when the opponent reveals it. The fact that opponent thinks that you are aware of their drawback definitelly changes how they play, so even if you don't actually read it the game will be easier for you, might as well make it a fair fighting ground.
In respect for your opponent you should do a regular chess video with this drawback to prove that you could win even without them revealing their drawback
Since the opponent’s position crumbled due to the challenge like what often happens to Simp, you could say that things went very right very quickly (for simp).
I'm pretty sure the lowest rating you can give to drawback chess is 400. Even if you say your rating is 100 or 200, if you check your account details it'll be 400. If you want to get a lower rating, you first have to lose some games.
In rememberence of one poor fellow who, after I revealed my drawback (expedition: on move 14 you must move to e8) he revealed his was "hopscotch: You must alternate moving to light squares and dark squares" so I (I was losing) walked my king up to his and he resigned because he couldn't checkmate me.
So the thing is with drawback chess is you aren’t matched against opponents with similar elos, instead the higher elo player gets harder drawbacks relative to the difference. So by putting a low elo you aren’t playing 100 elo players, you’re just playing a 900 who has the most bullshit drawback imaginable cause the site assumes there’s a much bigger skill gap than reality lmao.
should also make it so you have your previous drawbacks carried over, otherwise its just going to be you stomping for 20 games until you get a bad drawback
This site really needs a little more coding put into drawback reveal. Maybe an "offer mutual reveal", and reveal instead offering it to opponent and the opponent can decline reading it.

1:45 no reason to capture his pawn??? What about the mate in 2 threat? The mate probs wont happen cause of our drawback but it still wouldve been a big advantage
if at 1:39, 2: ...dxe4, i wonder if white would have spotted a forthcoming 3: ...Qxd3 4: ...Qe3 5:...Qe2/1 pattern and been able to do anything practical about it.
I think you and your opponent read his drawback wrong, pawns are not pieces so he could have taken A LOT of your pieces during the game. I think he didnt know that and it made the game impossible for him but his drawback should not be this hard (it is hard for sure but not impossible if you know you can take with pawns)
3:12 Be2. Nothing can take and bishop can’t move, meaning it’s free. This disabled the bishop, and makes Nd3 possible, forking the king and queen. From there mate is stupid easy. You could also take the bishop if your opponent seemed mindless of the upcoming royal fork.
The true not-a-coward move would be to add "make your opponent's challenge irrelevant" to your own challenge, so in this case you are not allowed to move a piece adjacent to an opponent's piece in a position they would normally be able to attack you.
When you play your first game regardless of how much elo you reckon under 800, will always start with 800 elo, if you add a lot the cap is 2000, so no point in adding 100 elo until 800. So you should do 900 next time.
If you took the pawn right away at the beginning, you could have do a cheeky Qd2 checkmate. Their man woman bishop all can't kill your woman in melee range.
when did he play drawback with 0 ELO points? last week ? I watch every single video and I don't think that happened. He always puts in 999999 what's the video called?

The drawback of the ooponent made it impossible for him to win. Simp's drawback was realley "barely an inconvenient".
This drawback should definitely be just about in the 'hard' section
So by "you must promote to rooks" it meant "you can only promote to rooks."
