i have a question for all of you.zyzz is in my life since i Train and i´m a pretty huge fan of him.but i realized that there is still one Thing i not really understand. you can be a sick cnt like zyzz if you want, "we all gona make it". but what really means that? what means that for you?
Oli M for me it means to have confidence in the physique I currently have, and also to enjoy and appreciate the gains i have made in the last 3 years, but also to have hope that one day it’ll look somewhat like zyzz’s physique which i doubt will happen unless i hop on cutting anabolics to get even close. But mostly just enjoy your life and appreciate your gains, and know that there’s improvement that needs to be made. It’s like money, work your ass off and enjoy your money. Work your ass off in the gym and dieting and enjoy your physique.
