    Thanks for sharing, Travis! I know you are going to have to do some work in exchange for those tools, but what a SCORE! Those tools will pay dividends down the road, for sure! Enjoy! Be safe!

    I've seen other videos on the fitment of body panels on these old Ford's. Common practice at the time was to bash it with a BFH and fill it with lead.

    You might have to do an extra task or two in order to pay the FedEx bill to get those 36 Chevy fenders to ya, but ya got some nice tools "that will help Alot." It only took a short amount of time for 1 video to be produced. You get those side jobs done & get the videos out you'll have made enough $$$ to get them fenders to you from *Timbuctoo* plus a parts truck. lol Remember: Consistency.

    I used a home made louver press back in the 80s that was operated with a sledge hammer. It takes a lot of pressure to cut a louver. I did a few hoods while we had in our body shop.

    Lots of nice tools that fit perfect with your shop. Don’t worry about the brain farts, that’s likely Covid after effects. I had the same issue when I went through it. This too shall pass.

    • @RACGARAGE
      @RACGARAGE  2 роки тому

      Factory lead seams and there was also damage from what I think was a roof rack welded to the roof
