Gotta love little mistakes like that. I played an OoTP save through a whole year just for the game to freeze and none of my progress saved despite me having save every month on. I can’t imagine how annoying the recording must’ve been.
Even with the mishap this has been a banger episode, one of my favorites in the series. so glad you’re moving forward with the “vibes” 😂 excited to see what the future holds for the angels !
I know I'm ages behind in the recording, but I just discovered you. As a guy whose favorite player growing up was Tim Wakefield, Blake Thurgood is now my new favorite player in the save. I hope you cherish him forever and ever.
OOTP has always had a really bad trade system. Me: "Hey contending team can I have your 22 year old 4 star prospect who's blocked behind like 6 other guys you need pitching I'll give you this 3 star starter who's having a good season" AI: "hell no give me the best player on your entire roster or else"
185 games played in the fielding statistics counts games played across different positions in ootp. So if Evan Carter started in center and got moved to left in the 8th inning, it would count as two games since it tallies games played across positions (1 CF 1 LF).
At the end of the season? Once the regular season ends it automatically switches to the playoff roster. The September call ups are still technically on the active roster tho
