I like this chart. The emoticons not so much though and probably because it was a little hard to follow. At 4:40 of video, the part about changing the series names to % variance good or bad, you must leave the Y value unchanged (max values) and you did not point that out.

MyOnlineTrainingHub one last question.. does this technique also work on pivot tables with slicers? Or pivot charts and slicers? Like, do the graphs also ‘slice’?
No, you can't do this with a Pivot Chart, but the workaround is to create a regular chart using the PivotTable as the source data as explained here: www.myonlinetraininghub.com/create-regular-excel-charts-from-pivottables The the chart will respond to the Slicers as well.

@@MyOnlineTrainingHub indeed they are very helpful.. in india due to covid things got bit more messy and as you know corporates lay off many employees.. hence before spensing a single peeny other things need to be checked (inshort tight budget)..but you are the best teacher i very find always talk point to point will full of valid points.
