Interesting, I had not thought to tag the room in elevations for things like paint and build that into the room instead of trying to build that into the wall and material, and then tagging that
In projects where a long wall, such as a corridor wall, covers several different rooms it is tedious to attempt to model it as individual walls with different finishes. There is the options of modeling thin walls to represent the finishes. Either way neither of those options will allow for a user to schedule finishes of a room. I look forward to the day where walls/floors/ceilings allow for the scheduling of rooms they are in.
