Wife and I spent many creepy nights in urban/suburban St Louis. A very dangerous and scary place. We were driving an 18 wheeler dragging a 53 foot trailer. And yes I was armed, which would have gotten me fired. Better tried by 12 than carried by six. Glad you have the self confidence to do such things.
Thanks for showing the good the bad and the quirky in St Louis. Your video made me a little homesick for MO. The River Road is a great idea. I love bicycle videos and Jax made this the purfect trifecta. I'm looking forward to Monday's video.
So glad you went to the City Museum! What an incredible place! I could not believe how kids would just disappear down slides hidden in holes in the wall. I get it drives parents nuts. Love Jax's thumb on the sticker!
I like how your adding bloopers at the end! That head was kind of weird, but I think that blue baby coming out of the egg still has first place for creepy ness!! Thank You & Give Jax a hug for us!!!
You reminded me of Charlton Heston in "Omega Man", out exploring during the day, but back home before the zombies come out. Thanks for bringing us along. Be well my friend.
Pretty cool vinyl wrap. I thought you had gotten a new rig. View of the Arch brought back memories when my daughter, grandsons, niece and sister-in-law visited there 10 years ago. Thanks for the memories.
Glad you made it out alive. Sad for a place to get a bad rep. Most every town has a "bad" area. Just have to keep aware of surroundings. Enjoyed St Louis. Thanks for taking us .😊👍
#1 Good Morning, Eric. Thanks for showing us some of down town St. Louis. I almost hit 4 deer at night while driving through that city. With all the concrete, "Deer", really. So keep an eye open for surprises.
Thankful your guardian angels were looking out for you, Jax and Yoda while in it’s not a Saint Louis😱😱😳 yes ago I had my bike locked up and someone wanted to steal it and they couldn’t so they took an ice pick or some sharp tool and poked a dozen holes in the tires! On a good note, love your new stickers😍 safe travels south😉👍🇺🇸
Nice video of the area Eric, Glad you didn’t have any issues where you parked..... and were able to get around some of the quirky sites in the downtown area.... Modified in Alton has tinted two my vehicles , and will probably get the RV up there this spring for some security, and Audio. It’s unfortunate I was out of town when I learned you were in town..... or we would a had a better opportunity of making a connection.... keep being safe out there. Time to get me a new sticker.
Eric. Missed you again. Was really in hope to be able to meet you and JAX during this visit to the Greater St. Louis area. You passed within 8 miles of my house here in Illinois while on your way to down town St. Louis. Take Care, and a belly rub for JAX.👍👍
St. Louis is a really cool town, with lots of very interesting things to see. I have spent some quality time there. It’s good to see it again through your eyes (cameras). Thanks for the look around. See You Soon
It's about time you got us some new stickers. I have a few of the old ones and I still have a photo of you and that purple haired girl on my fridge. Maybe a new Holiday Photo is in order, too? I'd be sure to pick one up if ya did. Keep on keepin' on, Eric and Jax!
Kitty thumbs up Eric. 👍🐱 Glad no one saw your near miss, well except the 9600 or so viewers so far on this fine Friday morning. Question: whose was the other voice I heard comment after the spectacular curb jump? 🚵♂️ Hmmmm??? Oh, musta been Jax the talking cat. LOL. Always glad to see you fit and fine when a new video drops. Think of you and Jax's travels often, spread the word on how dang good you are as the Best RV UA-camr there is. ( here ➡️ 🥇 this makes it official) Stay your quirky self and oh, LOVE the new FULL COLOR sticker. Jax steals the show once again with the kitty thumbs up. Brilliant. Safe travels and blessings.
Good afternoon from Baltimore md.we 💘 love watching all your adventures and travels.st Louis is a cool city even though its a bit rough.it reminds me of portland yrs ago.peace 💘 love and prosperity
I really love your videos.. I have lived in St Louis for over 45 years now and I know exactly where you were parked... And you have no idea how dangerous that area really is. So glad you guys got out safe
Loved the CVK talking dog 🐕. Covid watching 2020.. again. It was interesting to see your cycling video, as I follow another UA-cam channel, bikeblogger, who does St Louis cycling videos
FUN vid and exceptionally good videography skills--always love the time lapse shots! The City Museum is SO cool...and your music and pizza and sliding down the slide showing your feet. And then the near crash curb dip...hahaha! The BEST thing about your vids, Eric: your great smile and cheerful nature. So many other creators are all drama and doom and gloom. Thanks for keeping it happy and entertaining! Another great vid! Thank you....:-)
No comment so far?! Wow. I'm first. haha. Hello, Eric & Jax. I'm from South Korea. I happened to see your channel two weeks ago. Since then, I enjoy watching your new or old videos everyday. I'm a big fan of you and your cat!
Garden park is beautiful this time of year!Too bad about the flat tire though.Glad you had no troubles boondocking overnight.Keep these great videos goin'out.Always informative, always fun.You the man and Jax is THE cool cat!!!
The barbed wire behind the solid "fence" should have been a big clue that wasn't the best spot. I was expecting a tale of caution at the end. Glad you had a good stay and found some awesome little spots.
Eric, while in St. Louis there are places you need to see.... Grant's Farm. General Gran't former home has a variety of free roaming exotic wild animals...a Free Beer garden...The Anheuser Busch Clydesdale Horses,...and a Free Train ride through the park. No reservations required. Also, Go see Historical St. Charles not far from St. Louis. This is where Louis and Clark started their Trip to the Pacific Northwest to explore the Louisiana purchase lands. If visiting in the summer, or Halloween visit Six Flags Theme Park. Rides and shows there are pretty cool. Halloween is fun there too. Many other neat places to see while in St. Louis. I use to live there.
Where did my comments go grrr too long to repeat, glad you were safe because the area didn't look too good. Glad Jaqs the 🌟 of the show was featured more. How come people don't steal the scooters. Love the museum, amazing place. You both stay safe God bless
That area as trucker that's stayed on some of the meanest streets in America, is one that even worries (not scares) me! I hope you get to check out some of the areas around Budweiser as it is old and beautiful with the old buildings. Blue Sky's and Safe Journeys!
Just snagged a new sticker it will be the first one on the 2012 Keystone Vantage 32QBS I bought last month for the whole family to use and I love this trailer so much I might by another one so my kids don't fight over what week they have it I call it the Air Stream nock off. Been St Louis about 38 years ago took me a riverboat ride up the Mighty Mississippi River ever forward Eric happy travels
Loved the video, such great shots of the city with plenty of interesting quirkiness! But this made me uneasy where you stayed overnight... Maybe you should indicate that you carry a gun?? Safe travels!😀 😂 😃 😄
I used to do homeless outreach in St. Louis...north side of downtown mostly...traipsed through many an abandoned building to take blankets, food and water. Thanks for visiting the quirky side of St. Louis...next time you are in town, check out Venice Cafe...it's not far from the brewery.
Really enjoying your city tours along the Mississippi River. Thanks to you, I have been seeing cities, I would probably never see. Have you ever thought of getting an electric bike with the fat tires? If I ever hit the road fulltime, I think that would be my go-to mode of transportation when parked somewhere. You could get a big basket on the front for Jax so he can come with. I don't know if I would be parking it too long though, ya never know out there. Blessings!
Those scooters scattered all over place remind me of the Lime Bikes in Seattle. We went to go see the Freemont Troll and Theo Chocolate and there was a house which had its entire front yard littered with Lime Bikes. My first thought was "How do they mow their lawn?". At least Chicago has the bike racks which offers some sort of organization.
stubbs5969 he should have went West and parked in st-charles at the Ameristar casino in the lower level behind the hotel there there is an entire parking lot and you can park RVs there overnight as a matter of fact a lot of tour buses parked there when they're going to do a show at Verizon wireless amphitheatre then he could have walked all over historic st. Charles and went to sports bars and all that kind of stuff hell probably could have got away with parking overnight right on North 3rd Street if you parked at the very end all the way down by the old rail car building
Eric, since you like magnets so much you should have a Nomadic Fanatic magnet! I hope a company will give you a great deal on them. I will definitely buy one.
As someone from St. Louis you got real lucky staying in that area. That part of St. Louis is one of the worst areas in St. Louis. There is a lot to do, even though most people would say there isn't. Glad you did enjoy your stay and there is a lot of new stuff coming in the next few years. I hope you had the chance if not next visit to check out Ball Park Village right next to the Baseball stadium. I know you are a sports fan and I think you be impressed.
Wow thanks for an awesome video. I live in Alton but have never seen that cool museum. You've inspired me to make another day trip to st Louis.
Man. That sticker would make a awesome awesome magnet. Instant want!
Oh my God, the Campervan Kevin/Tucker imitation made me laugh so hard.
Nice CVK reference Eric!😄👍🏼 Love the new sticker! Great video! Thank you! 👍🏼🤘🏼😎

This is the kinda work sponsors love... Keep banging them out... Great work..
I love Jax's thumbs up!! Great artwork 👍😎

So nice to see a great video that IS not at the VAN BUILT.....................THANK YOU ERIK,,,
Yay!!! You finally made it to the city museum!! :) Knew you would like that place.
I like how your adding bloopers at the end! That head was kind of weird, but I think that blue baby coming out of the egg still has first place for creepy ness!! Thank You & Give Jax a hug for us!!!

Just picked up a sticker for mom. We both love watching your show and she’s in love with Jax. Great video is always
You reminded me of Charlton Heston in "Omega Man", out exploring during the day, but back home before the zombies come out. Thanks for bringing us along. Be well my friend.
Who would have known you would have stumbled across this cool place! Wow!

St. Louis looks nice. Another great video Eric. Jax is a beautiful cat.
I love St. Louis, so many things to do there...thumbs up
Oh my goodness I just got back from San Diego and those scooters were EVERYWHERE. It must be a nationwide thing. They’re such an eyesore
hey, I just came across this other video talking about those scooters....
ua-cam.com/video/OV55lJrxvmY/v-deo.html
St. Louis just got them in the last year, first it was the lime Bikes and then added those.

We are camping in the Mississippi River State Park in Marianna Arknasas this weekend. Enjoy your videos, stay safe!

You were in my city. Good thing you have great security. The city museum is a really cool place, hate to admit it but I haven't been there in years.

I ordered one of your sticker, with a different name. That sticker would be cool as a magnet. Love ya.

Jax, I could fall right into those beautiful eyes
Some cute sticker, well done 10:12
LOL liked the blooper.
That was a giant curb, good save
Tucker is not the place to sleep over night... I used to work off Tucker, it's a whole different world after dark. Go south.
stubbs5969 he should have went West and parked in st-charles at the Ameristar casino in the lower level behind the hotel there there is an entire parking lot and you can park RVs there overnight as a matter of fact a lot of tour buses parked there when they're going to do a show at Verizon wireless amphitheatre then he could have walked all over historic st. Another great video Eric keep up the good work coming across the country now hope to meet up little Tilly Tioga
love the bike riding! get a good pump, and if those tires take tubes, get a spare one and some tire levers too!
Eric, since you like magnets so much you should have a Nomadic Fanatic magnet!
I hope a company will give you a great deal on them. I will definitely buy one.
With all the interesting quirky spots you find, have you every thought about complying a book on them? They are always so interesting and amazing.
Yeah, you can have St. Louis. Been there a number of times and never had a good experience. It's got that "St. Louis touch" for sure.
