Spikeball Serve Receive' Secrets Revealed by a World Champion

FRESH ´23 Training Camp by World Champion Fredric Hinkle in the sport of roundnet. The beginning has low quality sound but we fixed it afterwards. Serve receive in roundnet is one of the six main elements of the game. However, we would like to point out this is a clinic for mostly advanced/pro players, although beginners and intermediate players can also find value in the fundamentals, such as feet positioning.
