It's such a powerful contrast from his normal talkative, and somewhat childish attitude he takes to a majority of his fights. Just felt the need to point the out XD.
It also makes for great dynamics in his fights, Jiren was aloof and distant for most of the fight, until ultra instinct where suddenly he's the one caught off guard. And Kefla's anger based powers and her building rage at Son Goku are contrasted perfectly with his nearly silent effortless dodging.

Legit its called ""The flow state"" you enter it without even knowing maybe you dont get white hair and a badass aura but you move without thinking, its like your body acts on your instincts lets say, Your playing your favorite game, you space out and play like a god, when you realize it, its over, there is no possible way of turning it On / off and you dont have any control over it! and people actually do it in Martial arts!!! also i heard it is possible to master! i've never seen anyone do it like when they wanted to do it its legit random!!! wonder if anyone even cares?
