about the eccentricity, it is still very unclear about which dimensions to use. some video uses D for ex and some video uses b for ex. can u make more clear video. The concept of using which dimension b or D to used for L/500+?/30 for x or y ? and 0.05 ? is for x or y ? so confusing !!!

Consider b as smaller value and D as a greater making Y-axis as weaker axis from MOI perspective. You get D for ex.
