@@cashregistergroup Yes sorry names...I seem to have trouble with it..I can change names on items no problem but changing department names is just not happening
@@Boofy-mg7eh still log on as setting > then go to registration screen > long hold the department button > a new screen will open, click on page setup > click on the department to update and there is a 'change page name'
hi have you encountered reg settings/ item settings stopped working? ive uploaded the file edited in excel and uploaded into back to the till on sd card and the reg setting, item settings errors?
How do you change the departments
as in just their names? log in as a manager, then settings > reg settings > item departments

Check you don`t have any characters like commas in the description and no more than 24 characters including spaces.
did you manage to resolve the data import?
What’s the password for setting hence it’s asking on my vr7000
you would have set your own password. as default the passwords are switched off
